I have a 1.15 world with a chunk that has it’s y-level lifted. I tried fixing it with region fixer but it doesn’t work since it technically doesn’t count as a chunk error. So I attempted to delete the chunk with nbtExplorer and mcaselector. However, after I deleted the chunk and revisit the world, although the regenerated chunk was back to normal height, the biome(originally savanna) was changed randomly. Are there any ways to delete the chunk but retains the original biome?
I just downloaded MCEdit, yet whenever I tried to a world, It crashes. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

I've another problem. I have a previously corrupted world(which I fixed already), but then when I loaded in again, I found 1 corrupted chunk. When I first use the--processes command, It shows there is 1 wrongly located chunk, therefore I tried to use the --delete-wrong-located yet it doesn't work. I chose to use --processes again, and this time, It says there isn't any chunk problem, but when I revisits the world, the corrupted chunk is still there. What should I do?
Here's the scan result:

So in the internet, I have seen many people creating custom launcher, but I don’t really understand the concept of it.
What is the point of custom launcher? Maybe changing how it visually looks or does it a or does it make the launching process convenient ?(e.g. specific Minecraft version with specific mods, easier process to join server?)
When I want to play a mod that's in 1.12.2, I need to remove to other mods in the mods folder that's in different version, but it won't let me to move them. So I copy and paste it to another folder, and try to delete it, yet it still won't let me move them to the recycle bin either, how can I remove them?
So I am downloading RLCraft, following this > < video, when I was opening minecraft launcher through twitch, and I clicked the green play button, It says "Launching the game failed!", and show this message:
Failed to download file, the file contents differ from what was expected.

Whenever I open a game while using forge as the launcher, It shows “Shutting down internal server...” and crashes, the world is just a new single player world I created to test the mod, so what does it means how can I fix it?

But am I supposed to replace the original one or just add it?

Problem fixed: you just need to delete the “option” or “option.txt” that is in the .minecraft folder.
