Animals get cold a lot faster in water than in air, even if they're at the same temperature. If you look at aquatic/amphibious warm-blooded animals, they all have either insulating fur/feathers or thick fat deposits; it's unlikely that spinosaurs had the latter, since they would overheat in warm climates (also, birds and reptiles don't store fat in the same way mammals do). Feathers are a better option, since they can be puffed out or flattened to change their insulative properties. Granted, animals as large as Spinosaurus probably didn't need much insulation, but smaller animals like Baryonyx might have.

We left the area, now it's all DIRT!!" Titan came back with "What are you crying about now?" He saw nothing on the ground. He knocked over a tree so the Stegosaurus could eat, too. "Now look what my old mind as done." Titan chuckled warmly as he plodded to the next nearby tree. Gruph just looked at the fallen tree, then back to Titan. Yet again did he judge an old Argentinosaurus by intelligence. Now Gruph was starting to become... suspicious. The old stegosaur wandered around the (almost) barren grazing ground, in search of anything odd. He kept murmuring "C'mon out... I got spikes waiting for ya'..."

Herodes and Odeius are walking through the island, again. Herodes has healed from his wounds, with the help of Odeius. They suddenly see something moving in the water. They rush up to the water, and they turn out to see Flipper.
"Greetings, young lad! How do you fare today?" Herodes asks.
"Oh, everything's going well! I'm just cruising through the oceans, jumping out of the water, etcetera, etcetera." Flipper responds.
"That sounds nice!" Odeius responds. "Good day!"
"Good day to you too, guys!" Flipper responds.
After Herodes and Odeius leave, Flipper dives deep down underwater, back to the underwater ruins he would see every day. When traveling through the ruins, he suddenly meets a Xiphactinus...

Well, since we know that feathers were a basal trait for dinosaurs, and that feathers are good for insulation, it's logical to assume that spinosaurs may have had penguin-style feathers to help keep them from getting chilled in the water.
While that might be true, why would they need them? In Africa where spino was found, its not really cold. And because Bary is close to spino, it may not have used them ether. Not saying i'm calling you out, i'm just saying maybe they were scaly, maybe not.
Ummmm... maybe a different method or just have the ability to tame something instead. (Sasquatch doesn't seem like a pet that would take your command )
