Indeed. I never have had a main world since 1.9 I look at the world and I say "Nah this is to boring." I do this about 10 times and then I just quit, and go do something else.I agree on this 100%, and I hope that mojang hears this.

There is many Magnificent mountains right next to an ocean and a desert with a ton of small ocean islands and hills. This place is perfect for creative.
So ok ever since 1.8 I have been experiencing a problem. My minecraft just randomly crashed.
There was no explanation except a huge error report wich will be shown in a bit.
After a while I was fed up with it so I quit trying for a while, then after looking through the error note I saw something.

So I tried to enable my memory dump only to get this.
Windows cannot send administrative alerts unless the alerter service is running.
So I tried to activate it only to find. I don't have one. And after a bit I found a way to get it that is way beyond me if anyone can help that would be awesome. Here is a link on how to get it back up again, (the alerter service that is)
Okay so I play minecraft obviousley but when the 18 came out things started to get wierd.
I would get on and things would flicker from black to normal then a few minutes later the game would jsut crash. No warning no error no nothing. It was just gone.
Just a link to the answer, or an answer on the forums if there is one would be much appreciated, as I do not have specs on my computer.
*facepalm* It's still happening and on top of that i guess no one has a 3 year old crummy dell anymore that won't run minecraft 1.0... also it's still happening and notch isnt fixing it (I may be wrong there) I have tried everything from game booster, to deleting the main file and downloading it again. I've tried to find a 1.7.3 file but no one can provide a just that.
PLEASE GIVE ME A GOOD ANSWER AND HOW TO FIX GOD******

Hello I'm starting a map series. What it is is pretty much an explorer series. There will be many maps.
1: Lost treasure of Atlantis.: You start out on an island after getting a mission to find atlantis and after a while you've found some leads. This, being your 5th lead see a roman style architecture building and have some chests in it.
you will have to find a way into Atlantis and get the a sample of the treasure.
2:Back at the lab. After finding Atlantis, and a sample of the treasure you head back to the lab.On the area 1 of the lab
No one is there. So you get supicious heading down to lower regions of the lab you find the lab to be in ruins.. Then after further examination you find tracks and follow them.
the maps will be released one by one and narrated by sighns. (thanks to the creator of "Ms. Ethels secret" for that idea)
There are two jobs (that really aren't needed) the jobs are:
1:web designer
2:video man (narrate the story and go through the map) Thank you!
