posted a message on Small, Simple Server
    Hello everybody! I'm Badjman and I'm looking for a small server that at least has the following requirements;
    • Townie (Small towns/villages in which you can settle)
    • Worldguard (Or some sort of feature which you can claim your land)
    • Chestshops (Or areas which users can setup (For free or little cost) a personal shop and run/build it how they wish)
    • Whitelisted (Personal preference, I don't want random newbs coming in and asking how to play Minecraft)
    • Nicely maintained (Meaning I would prefer where it didn't have random floating frees, half destroyed buildings, creeper holes everywhere)
    • Small-Medium sized server (I don't wish for random new users every day, I wanna join a small community which users log-in daily and maintain there personal properties.
What do I want? I want a small server that has well-known friendly users that are willing to help you out and support you with things you might need. I wanna be able to know everyone on the server and be part of daily events and such. I'd like to be able to make/join a small town in which I can build a shop as well as a house and continue attracting more people and making bigger, better buildings.

Sorry if it's asking for much, I just can't seem to find anything that fits my tastes. I will stand for some of these features missing and I will take a look at any server that seems to have the general idea I have here.

best map ever update the texture pack for 1.6.2

is this for 1.6.2? or no?

Just use the launcher to downgrade to 1.5.2, you then can use the texturepack (Which looks really good might I add)

My amazing Redstone build was, as my signature states, a locking door. Baha. Other then that, I've really had no use for redstone other then opening doors double doors and stuff.

Sorry, between the wool and stained clay, we don't need more colors.

    No support.

I like isabella, but a lot of the blocks are rather hard to tell apart, and with most of the colors muted, all you have to tell a lot of the blocks apart is a slightly different noise pattern, and a different shade of grey or brown. Distinguishing what's what will be even trickier when you add the dyed clay & coal. I'd like to see some of the blocks get more of an individual, unique texture.

I personally never have/had that problem. The more you use it, the quicker you get used to it I guess.

Good work guys! Keep it up!

EDIT: If I'm not mistaken, aren't you allowed to edit sounds, fonts, languages and such? And if so, will you guys be adding such things in there?

If you need a good font, I might have one that will fit!

posted a message on 1.6.1 Better or for worse?
I dislike the sprinting, and as for PvP I can't complain because I don't PvP at all. Horses not being able to swim is really stupid, just as the nametags they made are really stupid. Same goes for not being able to craft a saddle or a nametag.

Regardless, Minecraft isn't fun anymore. They need to add something worth getting. Frankly it's the same, get diamonds, build a nice city/house and then what? Defeat the wither and the End Dragon? What happens if you don't like the fighting aspect.

I just think they need something to make the game fun. The only thing we have are mods, which most of the amazing ones are starting to die down.

I'm sure you've stopped replying to the comments but maybe add support for Audiotori? It's annoying that I have to go threw all the folders just to add a soundpack :P

Hello! I need some help. I need a Redstone Mechanism that'll send out a pulse after the input power is switched off. It is necessary that the pulse doesn't happen when it receives a redstone power.

I would love it if you guys could help me out here, thanks!

    Badj, here's yours:

Csla, since yours isn't exactly an original/custom character, I'm putting it in the OP. Also, I couldn't get a mustache on him without it looking silly or like Hitler.

Rath, I'm getting started on yours right now. I finished the other two quicker than I originally thought.

Shadow and Zorxom, I'll get started on yours tomorrow.

    That looks really good! Thanks.

If you don't mind, could you remake this?

I know it's simple though I can't seem to make it in a way I life.

posted a message on 2D Alternative for MC: Pocket Edition?
Hey! I was looking around for alternative for MC: Pocket edition and stumbled across Blockheads.

I just got it, but from what I can see it's quite nice.

One downside, it seems to take forever to do things. But I guess it's evenly made out, not making us wait an hour to do something.

    Goes 500 blocks down,
15,000 blocks around until you reach the same beginning,
    North/South pole,
    Hunger and Health,
    Sounds,
Destroy one tree block, all comes down.
    Water,
    Sailboats.

Doesn't seem like much, but the graphics are as excepted, blocky.

It is low maintenance as you just have to tap to do stuff, but the animations are decent enough.

It also appears you can have multiple people to control and do work for you.

    Pause feature,

More in depth crafting (Not just a workbench, there's a tool bench, crafting bench, woodwork bench, upgrades for the benches).

I like it, build a civilization, build clans? Maybe have fights? I'unno. Come try? :D

    http://theblockheads.net

Did I mention there was climbing and mountains? Randomly generated?
