    It's a good server from what I've seen. Friendly players and staff, good admin / player relations. No lag, and no griefing (trial program prevents that). Overall, 8/10. My only problem was the trial program, mainly because I have the imagination of a concrete slab

    NVM, I found my problem

    I had installed the server files to the client, instead of the client files (it's not that hard to do, I also have a server I was updating)

    could you make the main adfly link go to the .zip download? it's more user-friendly to open (not a problem for me, but can be a pain for most people. I used to not be able to download .rars, and couldn't play the map. I can now :))

    This is an amazing mod, You know you did something right when you get 650 pages of comments.

    There is a compatibility issue that I have found

    Opening a portal (approaching a portal with a matching network portal) wiwth rei's minimap will give you a "saving chunks" screen, and you will not be able to use the world again.

    only compatibility issue I have found: You cannot use the AC-130, Valkrye Missile, or the Predator Missile with rei's minimap installed

    you get a "saving chunks" screen when you try.

    to smelt a 64 stack it items, it is 10 minutes, 40 seconds, or 640 seconds

    which is 10 seconds per item

    each piece of coal lasts 8 items, or 80 seconds, or 1 minute, 20 seconds

    however, each lava bucket lasts 1000 seconds, or 100 items

    saplings and sticks last 5 seconds, which lets them smellt a whopping half an item. What a wonderful use of 2 jungle saplings.

    and blaze rods last 120 seconds, or 2 minutes, which lets them smelt 12 items (still a waste, considering how rare they are, IMO)

    Everything else lasts 15 seconds, or 1 and a half items.

    So, start with what redstone is. Then go on to explain the inputs/outputs, and EXPLAIN REPEATERS. I swear, nobody knows what good repeaters anymore

    I would like, if possible, to teach a security-based course, specializing in hidden doors, home defence traps, and possibly Weapons Of Mass Destruction.

    Set up a piston feeding system
    piston A pushes to piston B which pushes to piston C
    hook it up to a clock
    11 blocks of dirt between pistons
    zigzag the pistons
    and feed 100 blocks of dirt beforehand

    The way I see it: 2 doors.
    Using a NOR gate, hook up both pressure plates to the inputs. Door to output.
    Attach a flip-flop to the inside one, so that once it's stepped on, it stays on

    Repeat, but reverse, to get the same going out

    Make a master switch

    Assumming you aren't using tape rolls, you could hook up AND gates, and have 1 side be the game stuff and the other be a master switch, outputting to the pistons.
