Ok, try using a regular launcher. They should have a list of mods that is the mudpack Adventurecraft, probably on their website. If you want to play Adventurecraft badly enough (I think it is a mudpack, correct me if I am wrong), then you will have to install all the mods that they have into the regular forge minecraft launcher. I hope this helps!
No Problem! For your future reference, go through the crash report where it says all the mods you have. Find the one that says errored, and remove it. It is quite simple once you learn how!

You can download bukkit GUI and try searching on that, for it is much easier to find plugins with it, but I don't think there is one. Do what HealableHades1 said and cauldron, however it is sort of against EULA now, you will have to download it from another, outside source, since bukkit has removed it because of the DMCA takedown.
Install it how you would a windows: Download the .exe/.jar of forge, download mc, run mc, then locate your .minecraft folder. It is almost the same, just different file locations. Hopes this helps :)!
Uninstall any mods that say "Errored", and in this case it is aquaculture. Uninstall it, and it should work! If it crashes after you uninstall it, repost your report.
Also, 74 mods is quite a bit... If I were you, I would only install the ones you REALLY want, since it decreases the chance for crashes. You can do whatever you want, but that is just a tip from an experienced modder :). More mods also effects your FPS. In a bad way.

Removing mods is, however, quicker than changing the config of the mod. Looking through the folders for enchantment ids would take awhile.

Is it Ancient Warfare? It has a bunch of doors. Also LOTR mod has a few awesome doors to look into.
