Definitly agree! Ocean biomes need more features. They have not been changed in a while. Change it now!

1- I had to zoom in on the cursive, it's just to small.
2- Bedrock is not supposed to be moved or used in any way in survival. It is suppose to be used to make sure players don't fall into the void and also by servers to make griefing proof walls, buildings, etc.
3- obsidian is a special block because it can't be blown up or moved my pistons. It is used to prevent piston machines from over pushing blocks and changing it will not happen.

Forcing me to use a texture pack that I might not want to use would not make me go on that server.
