No worries. We've been working on it since the end of summer. I was surprised to see this when we tested if our wiki would show up on Google. My friend would like you to change the name. Thank you.

What a coincidence. Me and my friend have been working on a mod with the same name. How long has yours been in development?

posted a message on Tell the story of your first damond
I was lost in this massive cave way back when in Alpha. I was constantly bombarded by monsters. Upon trying to find a way out, I found a lava source in the wall blocking my path with its flow. I removed the lava source to find a vein of 3 diamonds. Just after I mined them, my pick broke.

posted a message on Vertical Item Transport System (VITS)

The VITS was an Idea I had. I've never seen it before.

It's easy to make. My friends tried using plates, but it could only be used once. I used this, and added ice for speed, and it... worked. This could have some applications, such as transporting items up in case you don't make it up your mineshaft. Unlike a chest cart, it can transport unlimited items, and takes less iron.

I know that there's a more compact design and stuff, but if you read the description, I didn't find any like these from searching. I wanted to be first.

    Also, 1000th post.

posted a message on Piston RS NOR Latch

I was inspired by Rolf-David (Sirdavve) and his set of piston latches. I was interested in the subject, and looked up Piston RS NOR latches. What I found was disappointing. Most were just mislabeled T-Flip-Flops, and the others were pretty damn huge. I decided to try and make one that was compact. I succeeded.

This model only requires (at minimum) four torches, six blocks, two sticky-pistons, and two repeaters. I chose buttons at inputs for simplicity. It is also very easy to place your outputs on either side, as shown in the end. The result is about the same delay as a regular, more or less.

I didn't see anything like this when I searched. If anyone can find if I was wrong, please comment and tell me.

While coal is an abundant resource underground, wood is equally if not more plentiful on the surface. However, it takes time to convert logs into charcoal.

posted a message on Multiplayer Server Problem
    Quote from SkepticCraft

I am able to connect to my own server, but my friends cannot. My server has been up for about 4 months and I have never had this problem twice. This is the 3rd time it happened. My friends are unable to connect to the server until the next day. For some reason, my server seems to work one day, and another it does not. I have a Hamachi server simply because I do not want to port foward. I feel Hamachi is more secure and can protect my server from griefers. If anyone has anything helpful, please help. I really do not want to have to port foward. Any support is appreciated.

Is it only certain people? Then it might be a whitelist problem. Sometimes clients are kicked for taking too long to connect, so that might be internet speed. Look at the server window, and post back with what it says when someone tries to connect.

Hamachi isn't the most reliable thing, anyway. You can do the same thing as your "security" by port forwarding and using a whitelist. Hamachi allows users to access other people's files, thus putting some older computers at risk. For an old XP like my friend's, someone actually deleted their system32 folder (A.K.A. Their computer) via a Hamachi network.

posted a message on [Game] Jump Temple
I've never really made an adventure map. I always wanted too. If that's what you came here for, too bad.

    What is Jump Temple?
Jump Temple is a small game I put together using the new pistons. After standing on a pressure plate, blocks will come up out of the lava pit, and you must make it to the other side. Be warned, however, that this is not an easy task (partly because of the lava pit).

    Try and get past this!

Disregard my other creation on the left. I forgot about it.

Why put this on your map/server?
If you put this on your map, you will be able to use your jumping skills for fabulous prizes! You will be able to claim (by default) diamond gems, gold blocks, iron blocks, or CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE. If you are a server admin, your players may be entertained, and come back for more! Installation is a simple cut-paste with McEdit.

However you could just destroy the exposed redstone wiring, which would allow you to just click to trapdoors down and walk across them. Break redstone as you go along.

This IS the first of its kind (so far, from what I've heard. You COULD do that, but I don't know how. :tongue.gif:

posted a message on No Fail Drawbridge

Normal draw bridges allow a user to bypass it by jumping on the sides or clicking the doors, but this one allows neither!

No annotations this because I'm lazy. Figure it out yourself.
