Why should you be acquired for this position? I have a lot of previous experience with Minecraft, BungeeCord, and Spigot servers. I know how they work, and I know additional troubleshooting for the server itself, and I also am very familiar with Linux.
What will you perform with this rank acquired? I would get myself familiarized with the server and the staff, and then I would think of some ideas to make the server better, and share it with the owner. If I get an approval, I will communicate with the staff needed to complete the task, and make sure they get it done. I would also be available to clarify any questions they have.
What will you perform to benefit the network? I will do all I can to make the player experience better, the server better, and keep the staff on task.

Past experience in this position: I actually have tried running my own Minecraft server, by myself, from scratch on a VPS. Yes, I know that it usually isn't good to do that because of system memory constraints, but yes I still did it.
Strategies to supervise moderators and builders: Make sure to be clear with instructions and be ready to provide help/assistance if they have any questions or difficulties.
Strategies to accomplish tasks you're unfamiliar with: Ask someone above me, or problem solve.
Describe ability to communicate effectively: Can clearly communicate ideas to other staff members, ask questions, state opinion in a mature way.
Do you know how to configure plugins: Yes. I know how to configure plugins. I am self taught (everything tech!) from Linux servers to learning how to set up a Minecraft server.
Can you find an error in a plugin? Yes, I can probably find errors in plugins, although I don't really know Java. If this position requires knowledge of Java, I will gladly spend my free time learning it.
