Previous experience: I have been an admin on deadpvp.com and a mod on nexus craft (74.63.250.86:25567). My biggest experience however, was running my own server for a couple months. I am completely done with it and now only play on other servers, but it was a great learning experience on the mechanics and commands of servers. This experience has helped me do well to staff on other servers and be familiar with various plugins. In addition to my multiplayer servers experience I have owned minecraft for the PC for over 3 whole years and I know the game itself so well.

What can you bring to the staff team?: I think there is a lot I can bring the staff team. As I said before I know how to manage servers and use commands, but a big thing to know is when to use these commands. I feel I take action to do different things only for the good of the server and I ensure fairness for everyone. I play this game a lot at (least a couple hours a day) so I can be very dedicated and help keep the server managed for a good portion of each day. Lastly and I feel very important, I am friendly. I always help everyone who needs anything, and love to communicate with others. It is why I play multiplayer! Overall I feel I could help the staff team.

Unique skills: like I have stated I can work with plugins and other technological areas of servers but friendliness, good communication, and problem solving skills are the best and most unique things about me!

Technical knowledge: I am good with plugins and know every plugin there is to know. I can work with servers fairly well from my days of running one but I would need to get a refresher on many things. If you need me to learn more about server running I would be happy to do so.

Level of education: I am a sophomore in a high school. I take high level honors classes and I almost always get A's (if not a b+). I am very serious about college and have been touring many schools some in the IV league. I think my school academics show responsibility and commitment, qualities essential for managing a server.

Previous experience: Well, I was a mod on a couple of servers which are now down or I had quit due to corruption. I was also admin on some of those exact servers, for example, one server called "BiocraftEX" (It is now shut down due to lack of donations) was one server that I was an admin on, and what can I say, the players loved me and another one was called AMGames (Also shut down + I had quit that one because of owner corruption) (Even though those two were both Build servers, I still helped out) I also owned my own server for a month (Well, Co-owned) Called RaidPvP, so I'm aware of the plugins that are used for PvP servers and world guard and such.
I also owned a different PvP server (McTwistedPvP) which shut down due to the lack of donations and player-base.

What can you bring to the staff team?: Well, I can bring a lot to the staff team, if there's ever help needed online, I'll be there. I know many things about minecraft due to the fact that i've been playing it for a long time, and I'm an enjoyable person. I can bring joy, laughter, maturity and such to the staff team.

Unique skills: Well, I'm pretty good with plugins. I know how to use them, how they work, how to configure them etc (Not that it takes many skills for that, pretty much just reading). I also know many commands server side wise, so I know how to use pex/gm etc.

Technical knowledge: Again, I know plugins, commands and such. I'm going to try and learn java/coding soon, so I hopefully can add that in as well.

Level of education: I have been playing Minecraft since the early beta stages.
Grade wise (In real life), i'm a freshman in high school, but I do use proper grammar and show a higher level of maturity than others in my grade level.

What can you bring to the staff team?: I would be able to bring a friendly team member (Me) that can help out whenever needed. I could give ideas and suggestions when needed and if anybody is sad or down I would be delighted to cheer them up with a simple joke.

Unique Skills: I'm not showing off here but I'd say I know most things about Minecraft. I understand every block in detail and can run many plugins and explain to others how to use them in the easiest way I possibly can. I have a very strong interest in redstone and know how to use all redstone items but then again I can't create those huge in game computers with it.

Technical knowledge: Like I said before I am very familiar about Minecraft and know how to use servers and bukkit server's. I can use many plugins and I have previously created two. If there are any plugins you need me to get familiar with then just tell me what it is and before you know it I could be teaching others it.

Level of education: I have been playing Minecraft since 1.2.5! I enjoy the game very much I don't think I would stop playing it very soon.

Why do you want this position: Not many well put together servers out there anymore and you look like you know what you are doing. I have plenty of spare time now as to being fired from my last server I was Admin on. I like Administrating servers I find it more fun than to actually play. I have the experience why not use it for a server owner who knows what they are doing.

Previous experience: I have owned my own server for about 5 months, but it shut down becuase of technical reasons.
I am also Currenty mod, Admin and Head-Admin on different servers, I have been staff on other servers that have shut down for other reasons too.

I assume this is a plugin? I mean the lag wasnt THAT bad, it was still playable but the main issue was the dcing. We had played for about 15 minutes then we started to chain DC. Like I said, I don't really know much about these sort of things, I dont know if I need to download files, programs or run something which is why im asking for information or advice.
