We think you may need 2 Cubes(2GB RAM) with Santite Host. This way you have a buffer zone. Especially if you are going to be doing a fair chunk of RAM intensive processes.
I am looking for an established host that has been around for a good amount of time, that has good reviews that I can loo at and decide if it is what I am looking for.
I am looking for a VPS for my Minecraft server and TS3. The max I want to spend is $50 dollars and I want to be able to have at least 40-50 people on my server at once without any serverside lag, etc.
I know I said I was looking for dedicated but my 75 dollar budget just wasn't realistic if I wanted a quality dedicated server. So instead I am looking for VPS that is powerful enough to run the MC server plus a TS3 server.

Santite Host dose not offer VPS's just yet, but we are setting up the network backbone for it. To supplement we do offer dedicated servers starting from only 80$ a month. You get 16GB of ram and a Xeon L5420 processor. We found that this processor is good enough to run Minecraft and other apps that you may need like Team Speak 3, MySQL and a Webserver (Server basics) if you add me on Skype we can work out further details.
I have configured E3-1270V3 Quad-Core 3.5GHz + HT, 32GB DDR3 RAM, 2x 1TB 7.2k Enterprise HDD + 2x 250Gb Samsung SSD servers with LSI RAID cards on Supermicro hardware for under $3000.
Colocation is also not that expensive these days. Almost anybody can get a 1Gbps port and not break the bank, even at a really high-quality data center.
True DDoS protection that isn't resold costs hundreds of dollars (Sometimes upwards of $100+ PER PROTECTED IP) to implement.

Either way, no. Servers are usually not free unless a host feels really nice. You're asking for more than anybody is willing to give free of charge in many cases.
I agree colocation is fairly cheap now days. But if you where to build a Data-Center, that's where allot of the costs are. And still the point is, it still will cost someone something in the end.
I would also like to comment about what i said before "i consider most of this fairly accurate " look at the "fairly" part. These are numbers witch we base off of. We raise the number a little because we have to take problems into account and prepare for the un-expected, this offers us a buffer zone.
You couldn't have been more wrong. Server's RARELY cost that much. Do you even know what you're talking about? You have horrible grammar and punctuation as well in almost every sentence. I just can't take you serious and nor should the OP.

I put allot money into my network and it has NEVER failed. The price round number, meaning average. It includes all the software we use to secure our servers for security plus keep a eye on them to get maximum up-time.

a server is quite expensive just for the host to setup a node (a big server) in one of the datcenters the servers we use cost 9,000- 15,000$ then the host has to pay per month for that server to be hosted in the datacenter (collocation) and if you don't want that then it would cost about 5 million$ to make a basic datacenter then on top of tax's and hydro and cooling systems and staff on top of that you have to keep checking the servers to make sure they are all working, adding on that you have other costs like your pipe (inter net speed) each port going into 1 server should be about 1Gbps Minimal if you want a decent connection. from there you have a couple other stuff such as insurance building maintenance and other stuff.
The amount of work put into one server is quite crazy. asking for a free server just seems..... well cheap... if anyone offered you a free server the speed would prob be under 100Mbps witch i would consider ridiculous for a mc server and probably has NO DDoS protection! leaving your server open to any attacks from even the weakest of servers.
I know its that time back to school for another full year until your done high-school THEN! you have to go to university or collage... You all know that, its long its tired and its tedious!
