It revived a map that I deleted. I can tell because A creeper blew up in it and I stacked some cobble stone in the map before I deleted it and it's here again.
I don't think that's supposed to happen.
EDIT: okay, I tried again a couple times and it did the same thing. then I tried it and giving it a different name (New World42) and it's working right now. There are mushrooms everywhere. I am very happy.
Call it whatever the "hell" you want. No one can stop you from calling it hades, the underworld, hell, or whatever you want to call it. does it really matter so much that we need 9000+ threads about it?
My house has like, 16 rooms, yet only the first floor is in use. Perhaps if new features like arcades or fish tanks are implemented, I might be able to make use of some of them.

Yeah, the first thing i thought was "oh, this must be what the dirt in hell will look like."
I was surprised about the amount of people who said it'll be stone, but anything's possible I guess.
looks like hell dirt. maybe it could work like "can only be successfully mined/dug up with a steel (or diamond) shovel"
that would giving you a reason to make more powerful shovels. there pretty useless unless you need to work really quickly.
or to mine RedStone and Diamond.
I said shovels. I'm pretty sure you can't dig up diamond and Redstone, unless you can dig up 's, but that wouldn't make much sense either.
