Why you would be our best choice for Staff Manager:[/b]
[b]Probably because I've led before. I've been Owner/Co-Owner/Head-Admin on a few (not so good) servers, but when I was staff, the other people would trust me whenever I said something, instead of doubting me, since I'm some random stranger they met on the internet. Obviously I gained that trust by being on often and helping out new players, but before the server shut down, I knew most regulars on the server as good friends. That's why I think I should be staff.[/b]
Notable struggles/Things that helped you progress in a management position:[/b]

How Often on MC: My MC playtime varies. If I feel like it, I'll spend maybe 9 hours on at a time. If not, maybe an hour or two. For servers I'm staff on, I tend to be on more often than not
Experience on factions: I've played factions quite a lot. I know most commands and how to play. I'm a very good leader of a faction with large amount of staff, but prefer to be a solo player in a faction because being solo but in a faction means you can be overpowered, and I think that the idea of being overpowered as a solo player is fun.

Experience As <Helper/Mod> (Be Detailed, Proof): Cant provide proof, sorry. Just check my posts on my account? I've been helper and above rank on a lot of servers, even Manager on a hub server that is down currently. (To find that server, search up The Cluster and my app is on page 5. I get accepted quickly.)
Why Would You Like to be <Helper/Mod>: I would like to be helper because I not only need something to do in my spare time over summer break, but I haven't done anything productive and I feel like this would be a good idea for me to do so I can become a better leader and be friendlier.

But without your help the entity calling for help would die...

I walked, trying to get as fast as I can to the city, and I heard a scream. A scream asking for help. It was dark and if I would go I would die. But you just don't leave a man behind. I wasn't sure what to do. Sure, I had my axe on me, and I am pretty strong, but I can't overpower alone those monsters. Not a lot of them. "Hello?" I yelled. "Is anyone there?" Silence. And then another yell of a femine voice. "Yes! Will you please help me! I am tired. So tired.." I began walking towards the voice. I knew I would die. But I just had to. "Just stay awake! I am coming. Be strong." The sky were getting darker and darker. minute by minute. second by second. I finally got to the voice. It was a girl. Not older than 15 years old girl. "Help.. Please.." She began crying. "I lost my ring.. *sob sob xD* I wanted to find it, and searched everywhere. I got hit and didn't have power to go back to the city. I am so tired." I helped her to stand up. "It's ok. Let's go back to the city. I got you." And we began walking back to the city. Not knowing what is waiting for us on the way.
Not so sound rude or anything, but you might have a higher chance of getting accepted if you put the same amount of work from the RP area into the area of how you got on the Exodus.

This looks like a great Idea! But I have a question, Do you have to download the texture pack used in the screenshots and trailer or can you play in the regular Minecraft textures?The only reason why I ask is because my Laptop is windows 8 and can't download texture packs or resource packs.
XAngelhunterX, the texture pack isnt necessarily needed, but without it, weapons will look like normal minecraft weapons and the game will be less exciting. Trust me, I've tried it, and it isnt too much fun. Take kallehed's advice and switch to Windows 10, but also try dedicating more RAM to minecraft.(Won't explain how, I can't do all the work for ya.)
*About yourself: I'm a nice gamer who personally hates griefing and stealing, but can deal with it maturely.
*Why you want to join: I want to join since it's been hard to find a good server, and this is whitelisted, which can be better in lots of ways over public servers.
*Previous Bans (and why): I've been banned twice, once for a duplication glitch in old Hexxit and once for accidentally blowing up a base(Creeper.)
