    TBH I kind of agree.


    Right now Mountains / Extreme hills produce some of the most unique terrain in minecraft. At times some of the most boring yes, but it's the only biome atm that floating islands are uncommon instead of just rare, and good enough size to actually build on. You can also get epic archways with them at times.

    • Bee Chitin
      • Comes from the Wandering Hunter till 1.15

    • Bee Armor
      • Weak armor, but gives poison resistance and Bug Pheromones
      • Bug Pheromones makes anthropoid mobs ignore you.

    • Bear Flank
      • Raw version drops from bears.
      • Equal to beef

    • Calamari
      • Raw version drops from Squid
      • equal to salmon

    • Powered Snap Trap
      • Crafted from adding redstone dust to a snap trap
      • When closed, causes a redstone signal with a strength of 15 to generate

    • Redstone Magnet
      • a craftable off-hand item
      • Attracts items in a 15 block radius

    • Shulker Tools
      • Weak tools, but extreamly long durability. almost that of diamond
      • Causes things you strike with them to float in the air for 3 seconds

    Changes

    • Added in the textures that Futurenp has done
    • Rebalanced all tool effects so they only last 3 seconds each and deal the same amount of damage.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed issue with armor buffs going away when hit some times
    • Fixed wither armor fire resistance buff only lasting 3 seconds.

    The bear trap atm just looks weird in general for an icon. 3D or 2D it is going to look weird it seems.

    Ooooo I just got a great idea. I can add redstone function to the bear trap. I could make it so it gives off a singal when shut, so people could set up a redstone lamp in their base hooked up to the trap. So when the trap goes off, the lamp would light up.

    Yeah! That is a great idea. Could you do a Sprite image for the bear trap? We can then use that for the image icon and the mod icon.


    Since bear traps kind of convey the sense of hunting.

    Craft and Hunt v0.7 has been released!


    Change log

    New

    -A Hunter in the style of the wandering merchant will show up. He acts a little differently than the wandering merchant. He will drink potions to try to not die if his health gets under half as well as stuff like fire resist, water breathing, ect. He will trade you items that will not drop from vanilla mobs such as black bear leather, brown bear leather, shark skin, vampire's fang, and more.


    -Snap Trap

    --Crafted with 8 iron bars and a trip wire hook. The trip wire hook needs to be in the center

    --Can be triggered by mobs, items, arrows, ect.

    --When triggered by mobs, will try to apply slowness 6 on them for 10 minutes. If they are too large, the trap will instead break.

    --Right click a closed trap to reopen it.


    -Bone spikes

    --Crafted with 8 bones and a flint. It's a shapeless so the order doesn't matter.

    --Harmless when walked through

    --Deals 20 damage if something falls onto them.

    --Doesn't destroy items.

    --Destroyed by large mobs.

    --Can NOT be reharvested.


    -Config file

    --Lots of config stuff for the armor, tools, and drop chances. Tweak it how you like it!

    Changes

    -- New Magma Glass Item texture

    -- New Magma Armor item textures

    -- New Magma Tools textures

    It's from the Forge Aurthor's view on core mods. Basically building forge to plug into minecraft and talk with out in a way so that mods that work with forge won't conflict or need to rewrite any minecraft code. Fabric uses mix-ins and opens up the core minecraft code to modders to play with.

    At least that's my understanding of it. Maybe an extreamly smart person might be able to make a Forge plug in for fabric but the way fabric works, you will never have a fabric plug in for forge.

    Looks good! Question: Can you make a brown bear and a black bear leather item? So I can have them in the files, so even thought they are cross mod items, errors won't happen if you play without the other mod.
