I discovered this seed through youtube. It was mentioned in a comment by Callum Pledge.

I attached a picture of the map with locations of the 2 ocean monuments and the 2 villages.

The first village on the top left has a blacksmith and a chest with 3 gold, 3 diamond, iron boots. This village also has a Weapon Smith which is awesome. I'm pretty sure you spawn right near this village also.

The second village also has a blacksmith and a Shepherd (wool), with a Tool Smith.

I forgot to check for a Farmer/Cerlic. Also I'm not 100% that villagers professions might vary for everyone like how bonus chests would..

Hope you guys enjoy! I've been looking for a new map with Mesa, Ocean Monument and a blacksmith for a few days now...I wish I could find one with a great Mesa but everything I've researched doesn't have a blacksmith or there's something I don't prefer about it. I'm going to start this world for my new survivor =)

I was checking out this seed n if anyone was curious the monument is x 184 y 77 z 229 top right of the mesa one village - librarian, no blacksmith
