HELP PLEASE! Whenever I select a texture pack (HD or not) and I press Update, it always shows this message at the bottom. What should I do?

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\McKinley\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar (Access is denied)
