Skygrid offers a challenging build environment relying heavily on the economy and our ranked mines

Towny/Survival build alone or with friends; participate with a Town or play more traditional survival.
I am in my late 30's and love minecraft. Even own a network I like it so much..:) We have quite a few 20+ players. I have toyed with a "mature" only server but found there are just not enough players to keep it active so have gone with slightly stricter rules regarding, spamming, vulgarity and swearing. This I found keeps some of the worst parts of having a lot of kids around gone. We have also given every player the ability to /ignore this makes so they can simply not be overwhelmed by the constant middle school chatter.
So what i am saying!! OLDER MINECRAFTERS stand proud!!!

====GENERAL SERVER INFORMATION====
*Obsidian/Enchant tables break with 10 hits from creepers/TNT.
*There are mines that reset in the borderlands around spawn.
*Mob block damage/ender pearls are blocked in the borderlands.
*Blocks in tree farms and mines are breakable in borderlands.
*There are no "safe-zone" pvp areas. Spawn is drop in.
*It costs 250 ozb to create a faction; 500 ozb to claim land.
*Factions are taxed once a day by the server.
*Faction members are taxed once a day by the faction leader.
*Logging in combat will result in death.
*Most commands can not be used in combat.
*The main world map is 40000x40000
*You can not place slime blocks anywhere
*Storage type blocks and ender pearls are blocked in Nether.
*The nether can be accessed via nether portals
*The End can be accessed via a portal at spawn
*The End and Nether will be reset regularly without notification
*God "Notch" Apples have a 1 minute cooldown

For looting to activate the sword must make contact with the mob. So drop spawners, crushers, lava killers have no effect on what weapon you hold.

The person above is correct it is most likely your language settings. It also says Open to mates for sharing.
