I am challenging myself not to mine any ores until I beat the ender dragon. All is going good, I have been playing for 4-5 hours and have not got any lapis, although I wasn’t specifically looking for it. The only way I know of, other than mining, to get lapis is sunken ships. I have settled in a taiga and am surrounded by extreme hills and an ocean. I’m staying away from the ocean because I was swimming through it then randomly fell to my death. Any other ways?

You can use Universal Minecraft Editor to enable achievements again.

I have found slimes in caves before though.
