I suggest adding aspects from biomes o plenty mod
it is a really good mod
Don't you think that's what they're doing already? More biomes, more biome options. They're just not using the same biomes from Biomes O' Plenty

Making Hitbox changes with MPM has been asked many, many times and each time has been declined.
I'm afraid it's just not going to happen.

This is intended. This mod is Purely Cosmetic, and will never have scaling hitboxes.
Snout and Tail doesn't require a portion of transparency though. Ears do however.
What file-format is your skin because even if you use Photoshop you can still lose the transparency during the save and upload process if not saved in the right format.

Need to know what versions, etc;
Can't do much with a "It doesn't work"

I remember a bug like this occurring, though I don't remember when it was a problem. This might've been it.
Not sure if it was ever truly resolved in older versions though, did you try redownloading the version?
I hate to say it, if redownloading doesn't resolve the issue it's just something that you'll either have to accept is a thing and continue to 'wolf' or avoid using the model altogether.
Being a much older version I'm afraid it's not going to receive a fix since old versions are no longer supported.

I wouldn't say that it's so much 'not supported'.
You know, you can always use the Steve model and use More Player Models to edit the Steve model in the way you'd like. Including thinning out Steve to look like Alex.
0
Right, I am familiar with the Alex model provided by Minecraft.
I misunderstood, I suppose it was the reference "3 Pixel Arm" that threw me off. Haha!
Also you don't mention what version you are using either, that may be helpful.
0
Does the 3D pixel arm mod also edit the character model?
If so, there's your problem right there.
You can't use two mods to edit the character model at the same time and expect them to play nicely together. It just doesn't work. They're both trying to use the same information in your minecraft and they can't both control the same thing.

You can manually drop the file into your cureforge folder with the rest of your mods and curseforge will package it in with your modpack export file(s).

They were removed from NPCs to their own seperate mod.
No, there is no plugin version of this mod.
Mod don't typically convert to plugins very well at all and something like this just isn't really do-able.
0
No, you cannot change anyone else's model yourself.
Whether or not they have the mod installed.
Try redownloading and reinstalling the mod.
Make sure your Forge is up-to-date.
What version is this you are using?

This was a bug found in a few earlier versions, I don't think they ever got resolved.
I'm afraid for these older versions, this is just the way things are. D:

Are you certain this is an MPM issue and not something within the vanilla game? Since the legs are seperate from the torso and as far as I am aware the legs in MPM aren't changed unless they are replaced with something non-vanilla, such as the Mermaid Tail or Digitigrade Legs.
EDIT:
Alright, so it appears you are right. I examined both with and without MPM where the waist meets the legs. It is off a tiny bit in favor of the left side. XD

You can disable this via command/permission or whatever I believe on the server's side. Check the OP in the tread for the website, it will tell you how to disable that there.

You can already scale parts individually, there is a setting box you can check/uncheck to unpair your legs & arms from one another

To be honest, it's hard to tell from images such a slight difference such as 70-80% difference without a comparison. Such as blocks next to/behind the character or another character with 100% scaling next to the character with smaller settings.
