I am the last one left. The only survivor of the plague that wiped out my species. Even though I'm the last, I still see my friends walk this planet. I still remember the night it struck, screams filled the air as people suddenly started disintegrating, leaving only a pile of bones. We were scared for once in our lives, scared at what we didn't even begin to understand. We were to give everyone who died a proper burial but that's when things took a turn for a worse, because little did we know those bones were still alive. Then, like before we were attacked, this time a rattling filled our ears, and arrows filled our chests. I remember looking into the face of one of those skeletons, the eyes burning into my heart before it went up in flames as the sun came up. The small group of us left buried the newly deceased, this time covering the site in TNT as a defense. Little did we know, that "defense" would cost us. That night, we barricaded ourselves in the town hall, weapons in our hands and armor covering our bodies. As the sky darkened we heard an explosion and thought that the TNT did work. Someone went over to the window to see if they were there, that was the last time we saw him in one piece. The entire wall exploded suddenly, followed by a volley of arrows as the skeletons rushed in, protected by arm-less monsters that hissed. Someone charged one of those monsters, and before we could stop her it exploded violently and causing the town hall to collapse. I don't know what happened after that, but I awoke amidst debris, alone in this crafted world of ill fabrications.
I was just thinking about the creepers and such, and how the player came to be. I don't really know how to summarize the first bit where they became bones except for a soft tissue-eating bacteria that most people were immune to.
