A little more on topic, bugs would make the game interesting to say the least. Never thought much of adding them.

In all honesty though, I'm not really sure how people find this to be such a great idea. I actually can see more potential downsides than positives. Schools near me already suffer from lack of curriculum. Students simply aren't really taught nearly as many important things that will help them become a valuable member of society as they could be. As fun and creative as Minecraft is, there's better ways to teach kids about pretty much anything. Well, tell me this... What the heck was "Oregon Trail" supposed to teach me when I was in school? It's not like I was going to be sheltered in nature to avoid dysentery, or go out into society and repair a covered wagon. Maybe I was to go out and take care of the Ox that takes me in the wagon, or hunt a bison...in the 20th century! ... In all reality, what does any video game teach? Maybe it's not obvious from the outside looking in, but I haven't seen what has been included in this modded version to understand it. If we had more information, maybe we could see the potential!
Well, unfortunately this is what today's generations are growing up with. Kids will be kids, and if they like something, you can't stop them from being themselves and expect them to thrive while doing so. Besides, there's a lot worse video games a kid can be into. At least Minecraft is a family friendly game.
Wow, just... Wow. I've been playing Minecraft on a regular basis since it came to consoles, and a short time before on PC, until my laptop couldn't handle it. Since I've been playing it, more and more has come to the game, and increases so much potential for creativity. I don't know exactly what Minecraft can be used to teach, but I've heard the potential for it. Honestly, I wish I could learn more about the MinecraftEdu to see how today's kids are learning. As a young adult, engaged in Minecraft, I almost wish I was in school to see exactly how these kids are learning through Minecraft. It's good to see people learning that not all video games are necessarily bad.

I have a pre-beet seed myself. I had the bonus chest on, and when I went to check it at spawn after they were added, I had two beetroot seeds in it. So if you have bonus chests enabled, you might be in luck.

I dont know for sure about creative, but Im willing to agree with creepersting. I'd say scroll through decorations where you find colored glass and wool...
As for survival, if you enter the crafting table, you need 6 wool of the same color and a stick. (And you will need dyes to make decorations on it.) If you hit right trigger I believe, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) it takes you to banner crafting menu. It may take some getting used to, as I know it did me.

Sounds great. Are the villages in decent shape, as in, not messed up because of hills and half buried? Also do they have blacksmiths?
One other question, how about biomes? Is there a decent spread, or mostly one thing or another?

A lot of PC users said that, and I don't see much of a decline in players. But one here or there isn't a lot, so oh well. I'll still play.

Maps cannot be downloaded on Minecraft Xbox editions without file modifications. This violates Microsoft TOS/EULA, and should not be discussed.

My view is, if you have a problem with moderators, refer to the Staff List and contact the forum section Admin, or use the appeal option in your warning message. An admin can review as needed.

I don't think there's anything against underscores or spaces. Although if you choose to use your curse account on the wiki, stay away from underscores. I had an issue - I think with logging in - and had them change both to the same name I use now. Might be the same with dashes... idk. Just a heads up.

To answer your question, the Villiage that looks like Skyrim will be ONLY in the preview world. Any new world you create using the Skyrim pack will only be a blank world.
If you have "generate structures" option on when creating a new world, a village may generate, but it will be a the generic minecraft village - not like that of the Skyrim preview.

I recently put together a slime block launched in my survival world - pic below. When I hit the blocks above it, I moved to a creative world to test it out. I finally figured out the clearance I needed to make it so I could launch my character.
I get the launcher rebuilt with enough room up and out to be launched... And it failed. I went back, and retested. I've found that it works perfect if I'm in creative - if I'm not flying. When I tried it in Survival mode, it's like I go up two blocks and over three, hit an invisible barrier, and fall... taking a point or so of heath in the process. Normally I can launch with 8 blocks clearance above, and go 10 blocks over to the side.
I'm wondering if maybe this is a glitch and if there might be a different version a little more console friendly.

I don't think it's really a glitch. What you do is put signs down. Put a wall around the signs you want to hold up the water at least one block higher than the signs. Use a bucket of water, and use/"place" it on the wall. The water should flow on top.
