Requirements:New survival world,vanilla minecraft.
Here is the list:
1.Have 20 of every wool color
2.Defeat the Wither 3 times
3.Get a full set of protection 4 diamond armor
4.Build a dragon egg monument in The End
5.Make a ghast farm
6.Kill 250 zombie pigmen
7.Make a magma cube farm
8.Collect at least 100 gold nuggets from zombie pigmen
9.Complete all achievements
10.Make an efficiency 4 axe,shovel and pickaxe
11.Kill 50 endermen
12.Make a sharpness 5 wooden sword
13.Make a full set of enchanted leather armor(any enchants)
14.Dig straight down till bedrock
15.Swimg in lava 2 times whilst wearing iron armor
16.Kill 6 blazes using snowballs
17.Kill the Enderdragon only using snowballs(ender crystals don't count)
18.Tame 10 wolves
19.Cook a total of 200 Raw Beef
20.Make 5 cakes
21.Make a forest out of 2x2 jungle trees
22.Brew 4 Splash Potion of Instant Damage II
23.Make a house that consists of 5 stories.
24.Make a 3-layer obsidian house
25.Kill the Wither by using TNT only

31.Collect a total of 180 diamonds

43.Make a bridge that connects through 18 biomes
44.Collect a total of 1300 nether quartz
45.Fight the Wither with a wooden sword and no armor
46.Live 2 minecraft days with endermen
47.Make a breeding machine,in which it makes 4 babies per 10 seconds
48.Tame 13 cats and scare 500 creepers
49.Reach the farlands
50.Complete all the challenges listed.

I told ya,I was messing in my map's spawn(single player)and no,I wasn't in UHC mode,I think it's an unknown bug as NXSXS said.
