posted a message on Is moving backups in a different folder makes the game faster?
    Quote from Agtrigormortis»

Moving files to a different folder doesn't speed things up, but moving them to a faster drive will, I hope this helps.

If it's just for backups though then you don't really need a fast drive, you want it to be reliable and energy efficient.

Long term storage of files you wish to keep should either be done with a hard drive or an optical disc.
I read that flash drives aren't a good idea for this because when left powered off for extended periods of time they can become corrupt.

I got my latest save got corrupted again so I used another back up.

I got like 30 back up files.

    Quote from webrosc»

    why would it?
backups just take up hard drive space and are not accessed while playing so they wouldn't slow the game down in the first place, unless you have so many you have filled your hard drive and have no temp space left for the computer to use, which moving files would not address

I'm just making sure, I thought mc memory will run out.

    Quote from aemerilix»

Mobs are not spawning in nether fortresses. They spawn on regular nether land and blaze spawners work. Anyone know a fix?

    https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-136625

this might be related to your problem.

the report states that: Basically, when there are a ton of zombie pigmen, blazes, and/or ghasts in an area of a nether fortress, nether fortress mobs, like skeletons and wither skeletons will not spawn unless you kill a lot of the other mobs

Easier said than done, although I do agree with your point that the game should be made to prioritize everything that is rendered closest to the player.

Its not really much a problem if its only about rendering stuff, but ye It needs to get fixed and optimized for the best.

Probably not, if you're not phasing through the blocks or falling into the void then the physics of the blocks has been loaded.

This has happened to me a few times on my Minecraft realm in the past, it's usually nothing to worry about.

If it were a chunk error then that's different.

Try reinstalling your video drivers as you mentioned before.

Also disable some unnecessary background processes, Ccleaner could help with the startup programs.

And don't run other applications like web browsers while gaming if you can help it, they require CPU cycles and memory too.

You could also allocate more RAM to Java, if you're playing Java version of Minecraft. 4gb if you have 8gb in total on your system.

Ok Ty for the informatation dude.!

Do you have an SSD? if not, that might fix the problem because the traditional hard disk is in fact slower at fetching the chunk information than an SSD is. You don't need a large one, a 120gb one will do if it is just 1 world, I doubt you'd run into problems anytime soon with that.

I can only see this helping if the chunks are preloaded onto the drive and not RNG.

If the chunks haven't yet been saved onto the disk then it's obviously something else that's causing this.

I dont have one, I have HDD.

and I am pretty sure I deleted 30.14 gigabytes. now I have 24.6 gb free space

updated: There are still blocks underwater, I think the rendering is the problem here.
