I hope someone can finally make a mod to dethrone Flan and have a vehicles mod that actually works while causing this mod to die a horrible death, and once it dies, the mod resurrectors never touch this broken piece of crap since it would too much of a mess for them to fix.

I edited your error report to leave just the relevant parts. There are a couple of things wrong that may be the cause of the problem.
First, you have Halocraft, ModloaderMP and Forge installed twice. Or Minecraft thinks you do. Make sure you have a clean jar before installing and that your mods folder is clear as well.
Second, your version of Forge is way too old. Get a newer version. If you don't want to use a newer Forge because of incompatibilities with ModloaderMP then get Forge 3.2.3.108. This version works fine with MC 1.2.5, ML, MLMP and Modern Warfare 1.0.4 because they are part of my setup. I can't speak for Halocraft as I don't use it.
Start from fresh and clear everything out. Install the mods manually and one at a time in the order Modloader, ModloaderMP, Forge and then Halocraft and Modern Warfare. If that doesn't work swap Halocraft and Modern Warfare around in the order (starting from a fresh jar again). If that still doesn't work it may be an incompatibility between Halocraft and Modern Warfare or you just didn't install it correctly.
