Do you have Skype/Discord and a microphone?: Yes, I own a microphone. I use the internal Macintosh microphone, but occasionally I will switch it for my Xbox One microphone as sometimes the sounds are tricky to hear when there is background noise. I have Skype and will create a Discord account upon interview. I am very nervous when it comes to talking verbally.
What days are you online?: Usually, on weekends and holidays, I am active in the morning so I can attend events or play with friends casually. I am mostly on all day on free days (weekends, public holidays, etc.) but try to balance my time between the real life and gaming. I usually do my homework and have a meal before checking the forums and playing the server. I usually check Skype often.
What kind of previous experience have you had moderating games/servers?*: I was promoted to Helper on a server named Pixelors a few months back after an exceedingly good application - they let me skip the interview process as well. I applied for the following teams - Report Team, Forum Managers, Wordsmith (essentially the wiki manager) and Application Staff and was accepted into all of them. A while later, I lost motivation for the server and resigned.
There has been three survival servers that all shut down that I moderated - Agare, Collisian and Esgaroth. I ensured that the Enjin website was making progress and that everyone was being treated kindly.
There are many more servers that I have moderated from the Minecraft Forums, but I have forgotten the names of them. I remember two of them - VetoNetwork and AusMC.
In what way or how would you resolve any sort of antipathy or arguments between players? I would calmly approach the players and ask for details describing the conundrum or problem and then ensure that both players are calm whether that be by a warning or verbal talk. Then I would resolve the problem by issuing correct punishments.
What other things can you contribute to IntoxicatedGaming/Network and The Parted Isles (we highly approbate people who are genuinely wanting to help contribute): I can positively contribute to the community by staying professional at all times and ensuring that every member of the community is being treated fairly and has access to the help that they deserve and strive to be a stalwart supporter of the server.
