Well it may be a waste of money but at least I know now. This PC will do me very well until I get a little more educated on specs, and I am grateful for everybody who helped out.
It'll run just fine, don't worry. However I would've built a PC instead
I was planning on building one, but before my purchase I emailed VIBOX and they provide a lifetime warranty for their PC's. Yes, I'll have to send it abroad for repairs but better it be free than having to buy new parts.
I will definitely consider building my own PC later on, but this will do me for now.
So I've ordered this in the hope that I can record Minecraft with Action! on max setting.. I'm hoping for 60 frames but 30 is fine. I have a feeling that when not-recording it can handle 60 but with recording, it'll probably shoot down to 20-30.
Some of you will be saying "Hey, didn't you ask this before?" Yes, but it's a different PC and thanks to some friendly advice I decided not to order the one I had in mind previously.
Also, when not-recording do you think it will be able to handle some weak shaders? Or ultra?
I suck with specs, but I do know that this PC isn't the best out there, but it certainly isn't the worst.
Thanks in advance to anybody that helps!
EDIT: Apologies, I just discovered the Computer Buying part of the forums... Sorry! D:
I'm not interested in getting a new "Up-To-Date" computer, all I want is to be able to record MC with Ultra Shaders at 30 or more frames.
As long as the computer does it's job, I don't care. It may be from the 1980's, but if it gets the job done, what's the point on getting a brand new one?
Scarymonkies, I said my budget is whatever I can save up for. I don't really have a "budget", but as I go along I slowly save up for money because I usually have some spare at the end of each week.
And Alexx, if I save up for the whole PC then I may buy it only to find out that the price, example, for the motherboard has gone up by £30, then I have to wait until I can buy it. If I buy the motherboard back when it was £200, then boom! I've saved £30.
It's been recommended to me serveral times, not just on this thread/forum, but in real life, that I build my own PC instead of buying one pre-built, but I can imagine that it'll add up a hell of a lot more expensive.
Keralis, the YouTuber I'm sure a lot of you have heard of, unboxed his PC components on Link Removed video, and I'm thinking to just copy what he has bought, because he records MC with Ultra Shaders at 30+ frames.
I've always lived on prebuilt computers and have been happy with my 40-60 frames in-game, but recently I've been wanting to record it, too.
The computer I have now can handle Vanilla MC at, usually 60 frames, but on MP Servers it usually drops to about 45.
I posted the specs above if you want to have a look.
I don't know what makes a computer fast or slow, or what can speed it up. However, I do understand what GPU and RAM, etc. are so I'm not completely clueless.
I don't know what this does, (xD) but when I searched the computer specs of a photorealistic minecraft video (Ultra Shaders, Water Shaders, 256 RP, still recording at 30+ frames...), this came up:
Operating System Version:
Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
NTFS: Supported

Supported MSAA Modes: 2x 4x 8x
I was wondering if anybody could tell me if that would be able to handle an Ultra Shader with Motion Blur mixed with a 256x256 resource pack at 120+ frames? Also, would it be able to handle a screen recorder at 60+ frames?
Yes, it's a hell of a lot to ask for, but that's my dream PC. xD
If not, could you send me a link to one that would be able to handle the abovementioned? Refer to Keralis, the YouTuber.
I appreciate the help you guys are trying to give, but obviously you aren't a support tech, as you would know my OS simply by clicking on the spoiler that's under system specifications. So please, if you are not a support tech, don't post anything on my topic.
You don't have to be support tech to help somebody out on their problems.
I provided a hell of a lot of info for you, and all you've done is complain because I'm not support tech...
Support tech aren't the only ones who are actually able to help you.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, it's been really helpful!
How would it handle shaders? 30 frames on weak?

Yep, got it for £1,000.

Well, my budget is whatever I can save up for, really. I'm probably just going to buy the components one by one.
Keralis recorded ultra shaders smoothly before he even bought that new PC.
I live in the Isle of Man, the really small country in the UK.

Will it help? It's expensive but I'm willing to pay as much.

Hi there!
I have recently ordered a pretty sweet gaming PC from this link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00EOLYW32/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=13T01SFNFZFK55SFP5X2&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=455333147&pf_rd_i=468294

Hi!
I want to create something that looks like this:
But without installing the mod.
It doesn't have to move - just a blob of deep black smoke. How do I create this?

I've just realised there's a Command Block discussion page. Oops.

Hi! I was just wondering what the command would be to create a villager with the name of Claire with no AI?
