Neo - Elf - Archer/Rogue - An Elf, wielding a bow, daggers, and a sword.

Appearance: Like any elf, he is characterized by his pointed ears. His face reveals that he is young and seeking. He wears a leather vest, fitted with straps for his daggers, over a natural green tunic. His skin is slightly tanned from being in the sun for many days, but he is still pale, for elves do not tan easily. His quive is on his back, his bow is strung across his torso, and his sword is at his waist.
Bio: He is an elf from the south. He has met many humans and explored the outer regions of the swamps before. He is a wandering vagabond since a forest fire engulfed his small village. As far as he knows, he has lost his entire life in that fire.

A land, so magnificent is laid out before you. To the northwest, there are the mysterious mountains of Inglo. They can be seen from dozens of kilometers away, and only a small portion of which has ever been discovered. The Northeast are the scattered kingdoms. There are many, small independent kingdoms who declare war on each other every other day. It is a wonder how they still have a thriving population. To the southeast holds the swamp lands. Many foul creatures and rogue men call it home. Few have ever made it out alive from the swamp lands. To the southwest holds a mighty civilization of the humans. Their walls stretch as far as the eye can see. Their vast resources power them. They are a powerful, greedy, and intelligent race, but most of all, they know how to build.

The North, East, South, and West separate the corners of the recorded map with deserts, forests, plains, and the general wild. The occasional mountain is found here or there, but are avoided by those who enjoy living.

There are many known beasts in the land. Trolls take the mountains. Wildcats and animals that would frighten the living hell out of the mightiest bears patrol the lands separating the corners. There are more, no doubt about it, but few have survived to tell others about them, and the few that have survived are labelled liars. Perhaps their tales are just too frightening to wrap our minds around.

In each corner of the known lands lie great treasures, or at least we were told as children. The corrupt human kingdom stores away something secret, deep under the most populated area in the southwest. The north east, well you can forget about the treasure there. The wars have probably destroyed any evidence such a treasure exist. The sacred treasures of the southeast and northwest are probably placed there by the gods themselves, and are claimed and protected by the most gruesome creatures.

Who are you, in this land? A vagabond, a warrior, a noble, mercenary, or a street urchin? It is time you step up, make a name for yourself, and face your greatest fears.

    A few rules:
:Diamond: Respect other roleplayers. Their characters, well, that's another story.
:Diamond: Dying is permitted, and so is killing.
:Diamond: Don't become attached to your character, for they may die, sooner or later.
    :Diamond: Be specific
    :Diamond: Be creative
    :Diamond: Read these rules.
:Diamond: Swearing is allowed, but be sensitive towards others when doing so. Be mindful of the forum rules and other people accessing these forums.
:Diamond: Obviously, do not pretend you have godlier abilities or can not be killed.
:Diamond: Use [[OOC]] For Out of Character injections or conversations.
:Diamond: Have a great time on this thread.
:VV: Do not use slander, offensive terms, or racist terms.
:VV: Do not double post. Edit yours if no one else has replied and make a EDIT note on it, so others will notice.

Now, for your character, you want to be easily distinguished on this board, therefore, make a character so I may include you on the list.

    Character:========================================================================

[Name] - [Race] - [Job] -[Short description]

    Appearance:
    Bio:
    Misc:

For name, you simply replace [Name] with your decided character name.
For race, you simply replace [Race] with a fantasy race. For example, there could be elves, dwarves, mutant pigs, human, troll, ogre, orc. If you wish to make your character a race not listed, go ahead and describe the race separately.
For job, you could choose to list your character as a warrior, noble, archer, horseman, blacksmith, mercenary, or simply list it as NA if you believe your character does not fit in any of those categories.
For short description, that is self explanatory.

Why did I format the character form like that? Simply so I could copy it and paste it so I could make a list of characters and have a little description on them beforehand, so anyone could use this post as a reference.

posted a message on TNT Cannons Wars
This is a concept I'm trying to make. The maps will be reset every day and permanently deleted. There are two teams, the protectors and the destroyers. The job of the destroyers is to build any type of TNT cannon to decimate a town that the defenders have found. Defenders are to build and protect the town from the TNT cannons.

Attackers may not enter the town or place TNT anywhere except in a cannon.
Defenders may not sabotage cannons but may fire back.

Defenders must search and take hold of a town and inform the server of where the town is. Once a town's population has been decimated, all players should go out in search of a new town. Once one has been disocvered, defenders should take up hold and start defending while attackers should start building their cannons.

The server is creative so resources are unlimited and teamwork is crucial. PM me if you want to join and I'll give everyone the IP once I decide enough people want to play.

Also, please don't try and lag up the server with a ridiculous amount of TNT. Use cannons or scattershots, dont make a huge bomb outside of the town. If defenders tell you to back off, then back up a little. Coming too close to the towns is unfair and unsportsmanlike. Cannons must include projectiles and the firing TNT. Do not create cubes of tnt and set those off or you will get a ban.

    Do:Spawn villagers. Build/augment to a town.

Don't: Build towns out of obsidian, build cannons entirely out of obsidian, sabotage towns as a attacker or sabotage cannons as a defender. A little obsidian is fine, as long as NPCs may still be killed or the cannon may still be rendered useless by blasts.

If no towns are found, attackers must help defenders build a town and spawn NPCs. Then, gaming may commence.

If someone is found breaking the rules, they may be reported to this account and they will get a warning. after that, they are banned until further notice. Any game-play considered unfair should be reported with a detailed report of what the offender did.

Cannons may be made of obsidian if they are not being fired at towns, for experimenting.

The server has no whitelist but I am only giving out IPs to those who I select.

((You're free to any humanoid race. This includes orcs, elfs, dwarves, werewolves, anything humanoid. You could also be one of the beasts, which are abstract. The beasts could be pretty much however you like them (large, small, horns, wings, fire breathing, fast), just not overpowered. Keep with the medieval fantasy theme.))

    Ezekiel

As much as he could, sleep was impossible for him. He did not fear the devil he saw in his mind, but his body was shaken by the sight of it. How large was it? What was it? What does it mean? He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and checked the window again. The clouds had cracks of light shining through. Daylight was coming, but it was still a few hours until morning.

In the corner of the inn's room, he had his pouches and all. In a small chest rested his inherited family leather armor and his steel. Where did he belong in this land plagued by visions of oncoming doom? Perhaps he should join a trade.

Therefore, he suited up in his usual attires. His armor was packed neatly away in a large pouch, along with his steel. He opened the front door of the inn to leave and was greeted by a swarm of birds. Birds of all types, of all sizes and species, predators and prey, all fleeing in the same direction.

    Race: Human
Equip: Two ******* swords, hardened leather pads, a crossbow and bolts, leather torso armor covered with many straps of leather strips, slight magical power.
Appearance: Ezekiel wears a tight fitting leather armor with straps to hold many weapons and tools. On his left shoulder, there is a decorative spike. On his right shoulder, he has leather folds protecting it. He wears no helmet. His hair is black and short. There is one sword on his waist and one strung over his back. He is average height for a human and has the rugged look of a wanderer.
Misc: He has come from a long line of cursed men.

((You should add a but more detail to the story, and Ill join.))

((That's how I usually make RPs, I discover the land and story with the roleplayers as we go along. All roleplayers have equal opportunities to make the story as they like. Cities, towns, places, conflict, people.))Ezekiel

His face felt hot. He woke up in cold sweat. All around him was darkness except for a small candle slowly burning out. He was... he was... he was in his room. Not his room, but a room in the most run down inn that he has ever been in. He got up, and pushed the fur curtains away from the window. The many houses in the farmlands below are also alive with people. It seems everyone has experienced the same nightware. But all he could remember were fiery eyes.

We have lived in relative peace for many years. We have had wars in our land and around our land. The last time anything this bad has happened was so long ago, even the folktales have died out. All of what has happened so many centuries ago, it must be coming back. Before a single word gets out, entire towns and its populations are turned to nothing but charred ashes. Our men look far and wide, but only those who have disappeared have seen and unfortunately felt the wrath of this ancient horror. How did our ancestors beat them back, we will have to rediscover.

They are coming, I could feel it. Everyone is having nightmares of an omnipotent beast. Red eyes, ablaze with a fire to consume them. What could it all mean?

Aye, I finally remembered about this after so long. Taking some responsibility and continuing this. Unfortunately, I can not change the title of the thread and I guess it will remain with a [Chapter 19] tag there. Oh well. I will continue more if someone replies, otherwise I will let this dead thread stay dead.

There was once a dimension, much like our own, but also much, much different. For one, this world had but one landmass. This landmass was more like a very large ring. The center of it was a vast landlocked ocean, peppered by many small and mostly unrecorded islands. Secondly, this land had many different races of intelligent beings, of all different sizes, appearance, and structure. The factions in this land was mostly divided by race. Racism had always had a lasting part of society in those times in this world, except maybe in a few exceptions of accepting individuals. Now, adventurers, part to this dimension and hope to write history.

    A few rules:
    • No godmodding or ubering
    • Be respectful to posters. I don't care about how you treat others in character.
    • Be creative. Put a twist on some aspects of the story or your character.
    • Don't be repetitive.
    • If you must say something out of character, put it in double brackets or type "OOC:" before it.
    • Expect to be killed and mutilated. This world is not a forgiving one. Don't be too attached to your character.
    • Make a character after dying. Expect death. And when it happens, start fresh.
    • Make a new and different character. I don't want to see the usual "heroic" character. I want to see corrupted and flawed characters.
    • Most of all, have fun.
Now, before you could go and join, read the rules. Then, create a character using this:

    Name:
    Race:
    Age:
    Equipment:
    Appearance:
    Bio:
    Misc:

You do not have to completely fill out the fields.

You could choose to not fill in a field at all in your character form. If you do not wish to let others know what your character looks like, then don't describe whatever you do not want to describe. If you wish your character to not have a name, that is also fine. Only fill in what you are okay with letting other posters know about your character. However, even if the poster knows this, their characters may not know this until they are told so.

And finally, let the games begin.

It should just make you invisible but unable to do damage to players or buildings. It would be useful for getting from point A to point B at night or in a PvP server.

I made a piston door so once you are in, it closes around you totally and you will be overwhelmed by knowledge of the universe. Ultimate tranquility is acquired and days pass before you realized it is time to go.

You are 11 years old and getting it for your wii. For the wii, you don't have to worry about mic spam but there is still blood and gore and other things. Also, you are 11 years old. Buy a mario game or something actually fun instead of turning you into an angry person.

Character ======== Name: Xuan, of the Tigress House Age: 23 Race: Human Appearance: A young man with bright eyes. His face gives him a strong look. His short, straight black hair lies underneath a small cap of his. Oh his averagely sized, muscular body, he has metal armor his neck and his joints. Everywhere else, there are pads of hardened leather. On his left should is a cape that goes down to his knees, with a symbol indicating he is a warrior of the Tigress house. His leather torso is covered with belts and straps and small pockets. On this mess of straps, he has knives, vials, canisters, and belts to tighten the leather around him. Bio: However different Xuan looks than the rest of the people among him, he fits in well, for his armor and weaponry have been sheathed in positions so that he would look no different than any other person under a cloak, which is what he has been wearing since Gunther has overthrown and killed his beloved king, Gerald. More than half of his family has he had to carry to the crypts and lie them to rest within a few months. The Tigress house has been known to strike back, rebel, and avenge--and Xuan has every plan to do so. More than half of every member of the house that he has laid to rest, had he had to forge a silver dagger to rest on their lap, a sign of their courage, their fighting, and their brave defeat for what they held in honor. Now, this city is no longer safe for him--the land of this nation is no safer. Underneath his cloak, he hides his face in the shadows of his hood. The rest of his house has either fled to the mountains or are ready to defend their homes. Now, Xuan is leaving via his young black courser. ========

King Gunther I, who has taken for himself the throne owns all of the center realms. For every breathe that he ever took, is a thousand bodies separated from their souls. From every step that he steps, a wake of destruction follows. And he prances and finds joy in this terror. All the men still loyal to the overthrown king have been beheaded, stabbed with brutal weapons, tortured, and mutilated. The women and children of the land fail to flee before his army, engulfed in a dark aura surround the escapees and ultimately kills them. No newborn is spared. No maiden is let to walk away with her head. Villages are burned to the ground after pillage and rape. The remaining people, living in fear and terror, try to continue their days under dark smoky skies. The king is known for even ruthlessly cutting his advisers in the throat without warning if they spoke when he did not want to hear them. Everyone who has rebelled is shortly cut down.

The village of Helderin. A humble town that depends heavily on the river that lazily drifts by and the massive pine tree forest. The village smells strongly of sap and is built upon "scorched" land. In the small school, children of all ages learn a trade, a skill, a passion, or even fighting. The young ones are told faerie tales of brave warriors, dragons, mythical beasts, and even the paranormal. They know that these mythical creatures and demons are real. What makes them faerie tales is that they are told that the warriors lived, the dragons defeated, the beasts are friendly and care, and that the ghouls only kill the horrible and are defeated by the good. The small fighting school has a graduating class, granting each student with their own horse, a few coins, and the pride of knowing it is one of the best classes to have graduated from that school yet.

The cities, all scattered and peppered throughout the nations and the lands, thrive and suffer. The poor are to beg. The rich are to scoff at the poor. The people among the cities are diverse, ever changing, and are many in skills. Carpenters, traders, swordsmen, other types of combatants, artisans, potters-they are many in number.

Everywhere in between, a web of long, twisting trails, flanked by forests are havens for the wild beasts and men. Thieves, killers, looters, and barbarians rest among the trees. Few good things have ever came from the woods. Hunters avoid it like the plague, traders would rather go around the entire mass of forests than cross through. Yet, there are merchants, along with mercenaries and hired blades and guards, that must go through to meet their designated times, before the season ends or to get there before a competitor caravan.

Of course, the these are but a few settings of which are examples of the land. The heroes and antagonists of this story come from many backgrounds. Only but a few even know of the town of Helderine, or have ever actually lived in the city. They come from lands too multiple and too rich in detail to describe.

Of course there are rules, but in a land so vast, few rules could maintained. However, it is an unwritten code for all people of these realms that the instictively follow, or otherwise risk being banished and doomed by a dark force.
    • No godmodding
    • No ubering
    • Wait for a PM by the OP before beginning roleplay
    • Use parenthesis or brackets to indicated OOC or just use " OOC: "
    • PM the OP about problems, questions, etc.
    • No One-hit kills
    • No quick battles for PvP
    • Use good grammar
    • Use correct spelling
And so, the story began to unfold itself, as the quill transformed a piece of parchment into a valuable treasure, the heroes will transform this story into something greater.
