    it consisted of an incompatibility issue, a possible way to fix said incompatibility issue, and an idea.

    found a problem with compatability with nature overhaul, the trees stuck in the pre-saved town bits mess up the tree death and timber bits of the mod, the world around it quickly becomes overgrown forest due to the trees being unable to die. think you might be able to fix it by replacing all the actual trees in the saved bits with sapplings and then re uploading the modded files so they have sapplings instead of trees.

    besides that great work i love it :biggrin.gif: i have yet to get kinglyness tho i gotta kill alot more stuff, think you should be able to buy the town creator guy if you have enough money even if you havnt gone through the knight's quest whatever thing, maybe for like 10k moneys to make it hard to do as well.

    giant post yeah!

    could be pretty easy to do, just use lever properties with a bookshelf.

    yea, s'what i was thinkin but it would have to be a new block or it would just work with all bookshelfs. meaning enough random spaz clicking and you get into whatever was hidden

    Do you mean like a hidden lever disguised as a bookshelf?

    yea mostly, i looked for: bookshelf, lever, bookshelf lever, and secret lever. but i came up with no results in both this and released mods.

    i didn't see this idea at all or in mod form, kinda surprised no one has done it yet.

    the idea is to have a block that looks just like the bookshelf but acts as a lever activating any nearby redstone.
    pretty much the description already give you all the info you need really.

    it could be made by combining a bookshelf and a lever in a 2x2 or 3x3

    this mod IS compatable with smart moving and nature overhaul, i installed them before this one and can play with it running, too bad i have to restart my guy as he was already level 13, kill yourself before you start using this mod.

    i fixed it by uninstalling and then re installing it after i killed myself, now i can start at level 1 and actually get points

    all of this is possible without ever going in a cave or making stone tools/furnace, if your fighting in the desert then its likely that there will be at least one cave in bit where there is a dungeon, due to the fact that the sun reaches it it wouldn't be considered a cave. just find a few of those and bam, you got yourself the buckets and saddle.

    "It would take a miracle for the mod to actually be compatible with anything else as a result."

    you forget you could release it as an extra incompatible download just for single player, that you could work on once in a wile when your bored of doing everything else

    thereby having two downloads, one that just adds the soldiers that is compatible with just about everything and one that gives you the ability to control said soldiers that you have to fresh install with no other mods to mess with.

    also will ender soldiers attack mobs as well?

    Damn, I did do it a level lower, stupid brother -_____-
    Anyways, I'm not going back to that map for a while, wasted enough time on it already.

    that cobblestone generator wasnt that compact either, a U or an I generator would be more compact.
    U generator, skeleton head would be the spot you mine at
    :cobblestone: :Water: :cobblestone: :Lava: :cobblestone:
    :cobblestone: :: :Skeleton: :: :cobblestone:
    :cobblestone: :cobblestone: :cobblestone: :cobblestone: :cobblestone:

    I generator, skeleton head would actually be one more forward as the lava would hit the cobble at the bottom and go forward into the water and thats where the cobble is made.
    in fact this could be turned into a 4 way generator with almost no space added to it.
    :: :cobblestone: ::
    :cobblestone: :Lava: :cobblestone:
    :cobblestone: :Skeleton: :cobblestone:
    :: :cobblestone: ::
    the above view would look like this:
    :: :cobblestone: ::
    :cobblestone: :cobblestone: :cobblestone:
    :Water: :cobblestone: :Water:
    :cobblestone: :smile.gif: :cobblestone:
    the :smile.gif: would be where the player stands to mine the cobble. preferably on a pressure plate or in a tiny hole.
    i guess its more like an L from the side but whatever.

    also the sky cube challenge isn't as challenging as Super Hostile and you don't see it on the front page :|
    the sky cube is only half as challenging. Super Hostile is minimal resources with TONS of mob spawners and a less easy goal.

    texture pack is meh and there are plenty other people who have finished it, i am only a few pumpkins a lake and the bread from finishing it myself. i'm going for mid-evily looking buildings. might build a gladiator pit for fighting monsters in tho i already have a mob grinder, also what one of the maps did he play on? 1.0 or 1.1, 1.1 is easyer as it gives you more dirt sand and starting space, i'm playing with 1.0
