This is my first time building an actual desktop than a laptop. So I had a question about if I could build a gaming pc at an actual store. Maybe somewhere like Bestbuy, or somewhere else. I'm asking this so I don't have to wait for a couple of days for the parts to get to my house. And if I could do this, could I save money? I say this cause of the shipping. I have all the parts that I want. So when I get there I won't have to worry about what to choose. So can I??
If you live in the U.S. you could look for a MicroCenter around you. I've bought my first PC parts from them, they are really good about getting what you want. Now if you want a parts list, you've got to tell us what you're going to do like mod, record, intense graphical gaming, etc etc, And your budget for the build.
hello everyone, i have had a few people ask how i modified SEUS O1 from some of my videos that i have uploaded so i have made this this video showing you how to hope you like it
Why don't you just put a download link for that Modified version of SEUS? I'm clearly too stupid to beable to do what you did in your video.
All you need to do is extract the shaders folder (inside the zip) into a folder named whatever you want. Then, use notepad ++ (or another decent text editing program) to open the composite.vsh file and find the line "float timePow 2.0f" and change it to "float timePow 3.0f". That should fix it.
I've done that and i'm still having problems with the shader packs
I don't think ProjectRed works with shaders atm try again in the near future when it's more developed and has less bugs. Report it to projectred and see if they can try to work it out.
you have to downgrade your drivers before .30 to let it work, but if you are too lazy to do that so open shaderpack, go to composite.vsh, then go to about line 47 and you should see something like "float timePow = 2.0f;" then change 2.0 to 3.0 that's it!
But is it not possible to transform mojang's builtin super secret settings shader loading to make it work for glsl? It should be possible somehow!
I've tried that... Both methods, none worked, the "3.0" change worked a little but it still didn't load properly for me sadly,
I've recently upgraded to an 560 ti graphics card and it's not letting me use any SEUS shaders because it says "Invalid program composite" and i'd try to find out what it is but it doesn't show a crash log or any log of any sort. Any other info that might help: I'm using beta drivers and i've also upgraded from an AMD card on which all shaders worked perfectly fine on.
Mmmm... Well, I'm using it on Mac Edition and in version 1.6.4..... Not using Optifine... As I said I tried with SEUS Ultra DOF V.10.0..... I tried with other packs like the Motion Blur and the same happened everytime :/ any idea...???

Drivers? And are you running Windows, Linux, or Hackintosh?
Also that seems to be the SEUS Preview 2 which is bound to be buggy.

That's a good PC but you might want to Opt for a 680 or atleast a 770 from Nividia it'll help "future proof" your PC
