Ok so i made a joke on my server and someone said i should ask for it so i want.
it so i can put someone in a group and than they can not build or use levers or anything without a helmet on.
and when ever he walks within 10 blocks of someone they will get a message saying saying "retard alert"

So I was thinking about a mod. The basis is that its a timed event mod.
So a more in depth overview is that say your server has pvp tournaments every night.
With this mod you can make the event and then on than every 20/30 minutes it will say
"[Broadcast] Spleef tournament tonight at 8:00pm EST" or something. Than once a player
sees that broadcast they can do /event join and it will sign them up for the next event.
than at 8:00pm EST it ill warp everyone to the spleef tournament arena.
Maybe in the config you can set like an iConomy $5 joining fee and the winner gets all the cash.
Or if you have factions and was hosting a TEAM game you could sign up your faction.
I had wanted to start this and check some codes like lottery and essentials as lots of parts are similar to these such as lottery has the broadcast and joining.with essentials making people do commands.but can because the letters get messed up and i get distracted.you would also be able to use this like a server wide hunt or a big machinima show or something

well we are using this server just so we can build the spawn area and stuff so i wasnt posting it were random people come and ruin are stuff. but i put it up. But will be monitoring to make sure everythings okay
