Yes I agree Minecrak, Loggin out just because you see somebody far off shouldnt and isnt anything wrong to do in the server. But I was right there Easily couldve had him. We try to be as fair as possible in this server and we ahve been for months. Thousands of players have come through our servers and been gratefull of the work we do. I honestly cant believe this is even being argued. I was there, while logging out from a distance would be annoying its not banable and never will be. When we get this new plugin it will be setlled once and for all. there will not be combat logging in any meaing of the phrase

Actually im not trying to take the blame off myself. considering the high cliff edges and how long they take to climb i took my chances moving around in a boat which is way faster than not having one. You're right i was out of distance so i had to rely on luck to find you. But i did mostly go in a straight line, just followed the lands edge. Perhaps you didnt see me because you were getting ready to climb that mountain, only you looked back at the last second. Whether or not i had landed a hit on you, doesnt matter in this case because you logged out on the sole fact that I was chasing you. I agree with you completely Minecrak. I was not however sitting at spawn I was just wandering around the world seeing if I could find somebody. The way my team is set up, nobody attack unless attacked first or they run. Even when they run we dont go for the kill just try to catch them.
And yes Minecrak we were doing getting some workers for a bit. just need some wood. We aren't threatening them or keeping them there at all. No reason to. Most people see us as saving them and helping them get started. However we decided to stop doing that because we want some other bigger teams on the server for a better pvp experience. No one team is dominating anybody at this point. especially newly spawns. We use the gear we have so we have it if we need it. My real team is only a few people large, and theres only a few people on the server we would consider killing.

I dont see how I am a corrupt admin in any way shape or form. I have done my very best to help all of you get answers to any questions you may have. I agree you shouldnt get banned for merely seeing somebody very far away. But when im within a second of popssibly hitting you. That is close enough to combat logging as it gets. If many of you think that is wrong then fine i will unban. But you better not ever let me see you logout when somebody is clearly in pursuit again.

I hate the idea that someone just spawning is always at the complete mercy of everyone already sitting there with weapons..
And all you have to do is have a team on ventrillo who are spread out over the map and can report movements to each other outside of the game to avoid looking like bullies..
The game becomes a major waste of time for anyone not already dominated by the one gang.. Might as well call the server Gang-wars if that is allowed. A 12 hour ban for an environment like that reduces motivation immensely.

I did not go in a straight line, I went in a zig-zagging turn, I also said I couldn't see you at all in far render distance until you started to get closer, seeing people in water is not hard at 100% brightness, and names are a dead giveaway in almost all situations. This still does not explain how still you were able to follow me considering my path, and the distance I covered, and how I could not see you at far render distance when you, as you said, should've been in a boat.

Haha, it was definitely more then 10 blocks, I was in this little lake surrounded by mountains, which the lake led out to see, sort've river-like, you were at the end of the river coming, and when I logged, you were more then 90 blocks away on my screen. Also, how did you follow me across the ocean like that, you did not have the boat when I saw you, and I took so many twists and turns, and you were out've sight in all directions on far render distance when I reached that island, and for a long period of time before that during the chase. So the question is, D49s7, how did you follow me? :tongue.gif:

This person followed me from spawn, over 300 blocks, he could somehow find me even when I was so far away to not be visible, he somehow was able to follow me when I shouldn't of been noticeable, it seems obvious that he most likely runs some form of entities radar, and he should be banned for it. He had a pretty damn random name, that was something like D4######.

The maximum ammount of shelves that the table can detect is 30.
This layout makes it so it can connect to everyone of them.
The bookshelves are two high. The doorway is empty, because the coding is designed to allow an opening like that with it still counting as bookshelves. Nothing can be inside the enchant room except the table, otherwise it will not register the shelves properly. The roof should not be made out've bookshelves, nor should the floor, as that would add a penalty to the enchant levels, I believe.

Backstory (1-2 LONG paragraphs): Zickery grew up with his father, his mother died in childbirth, as he grew up, he learned his trade from his father, making small herbal remedies to cure minor ills, but soon, his obsession with learning took a darker turn, and he, without alerting his father to his dark obsession, began to brew vials filled with liquid that could cause the most excruciating agony without killing the victim for several hours. He created acids that could burn through most substances but glass and metals. His father eventually found out about his destructive hobby, and his son, in an attempt to cover up his dark passion, forced him to drink a vial of his foul concoctions.
After his father died, he took over the shop his father run. He was 16 at the time. He slowly formed contacts with the type of individuals most people didn't like being seen around, he formed precarious alliances with the leaders of several political groups, he began to create poisons that were taken and used far and wide, his reputation infamous for the pain his devious liquids caused.

The maximum ammount of shelves that the table can detect is 30.
This layout makes it so it can connect to everyone of them.
The bookshelves are two high. The doorway is empty, because the coding is designed to allow an opening like that with it still counting as bookshelves. Nothing can be inside the enchant room except the table, otherwise it will not register the shelves properly. The roof should not be made out've bookshelves, nor should the floor, as that would add a penalty to the enchant levels, I believe.
