You people must be incredibly dumb or mislead either way, notch was joking he didnt want to tell anyone the secret just yet. The rare secret is a kind of lava spring on the surface its not the old lava on surface but its just a small pond of lava with stone on the side i have found this 4 times on 2 different new worlds it took 10-27 minutes each time so it is rare and it usualy spawnes in forest that is the reason you get forest fires. I am not lying like some of the idiots before have like with tree dungeon or the pigmen. It may be a volcano i havent drained it or any experimenting. The way to know its not just lava on the surface is that its not surrounded by the material on the other ground it instead its normal stone so its kind of easy to tell if its normal lava on surface or lava spring/volcano. I am not lying go check it for yourself but look in forested areas on a new world for a little bit(god i cant believe no one thought it was hardcoded into the files thats why looking in the minecraft.jar was useless...) -Also i cant be bothered reducing my image sizes or uploading to a uploading site so just look for yourself and stop being lazy(like me though i did look for it)
