    Quote from SincereCorn

Hey guys. For some reason, everytime a video gets loud, my computer thinks I changed the input to my speakers. And when the loudness of the video is over, the sound comes back to my headphones. Is there a way to fix this?

That's not normal what are you watching the video with?

I know this is not a fix but you could just unplug the speakers while your using your headphones.

I completely understand what you're trying to say.
But I can't resist... $200 for all of these awesome features...

I am glad kinda hard to explain in text.

Why not just buy the Samsung Gplayer
It is kinda out dated at this point I don't think they even run Android 4.0 they also only have a LCD screen.

Hopefully Samsung updates with a SAMOLED and OMAP5 dual core 720p screen or something similar.
Maybe they will make the CPU in house but they could very well end up using something else.

If your router was infected, isn't that the hub that you computer connects to which connects to the modem? I'm more of curious than anything :3

No its not a hub its a router.
IIRC someone did a wright up of the way routers hubs and switches work.
It is sorta large subject if you are actually interested in it you could do some research.

Jump to the 3650 at least.
    If you do that
GTA low at around 30fps at least.

Unfortunately I can't link the benchmarks because of the stupid site but the A8 can run it at 35 on medium so the A6 should get about 30 or so on low.

Maybe wait another month pick up AMD Trinity desktop version prebuilts are already being sold with they should hit the CPU section of newegg here soon.

Why are people so worried about this. I would be willing to bet the only way it could infect a router is if you are not smart enough to change the router password.

My router is set to OpenDNS and has a good password so even if anyone on my network is infected does not matter as the router settings will override the windows settings.

I also use DNScrypt so even if my router was infected I would not use the infected DNS.

Ok I think I have a better way to describe what I mean by the post.

You are Samsung you are selling Galaxy Players.

Google says we should do that Motorola get on that.

Now Samsung is competing in hardware against the company producing its software.

Maybe Google does not go batshit insane and start producing in house.

Google offers contract for a Nexus player.

Moto, Sammy and HTC all spend RnD costs on making a demo device to get the contract.

This is basically how the Nexus phone works and Samsung has one time after time.

Well now HTC and Moto lost they either lost money or they could try and make a device and once again compete in hardware against the company who produces their software.

So your point is that Google shoudn't be branding an Asus tablet or a Samsung phone as Nexus?
Or are you saying that too many sales will go to Nexus, and other companies will have to quit manufacturing?
    Or both?

I think Google should put out a developer device otherwise I would not have been able to find a fully unlocked Verizon device.
The Nexus Q is whats worrying me its in house probably by Moto. When Google purchased Moto they said they would stay 100% separate and not influence each other.
What if the next nexus is in house.

I might be a little paranoid but if this trend of Google producing things in house or with sammy to push into other OEMs market.

Android has become less open over time there has been effort to merge Android kernel back into Linux.

If I was HTC I would feel cheated by Google at this point.

Google producing in house also means they can dev Android around their products.
    Then release features for them.

I hate the current Nexus program now.

Google is shooting its self in the foot the nexus program should not offer consumer products it has always been developer devices.
Why is this bad well lets look at the OEMS Google has picked.
    HTC nexus one
    SAMMY nexus s
    SAMMY nexus s 4g
    Sammy Galaxy nexus.
    Asus Nexus tablet
    inhouse(By Motorolas engineers) Nexus Q

If I am LG Pantech Sony or HTC I would be worried Google would just push them out of market with the nexus devices.
Google is killing the open ecosystem that has enabled Android to thrive.
With the recent Nexus sue by Apple Google got involved to protect sammy.
I recall HTC having to face several lawsuits by its self.

Google is showing a lot of bias to sammy.

The idea that Google could just brand all the devices as Nexus and offer contracts to the OEMs sounds like a good thing.
Well its not it will kill a lot of the unique designs that come out of the current ecosystem.

The separation of Android from the Linux kernel could be a move for the worst and with Android 3.0 not being opensource.
This is all a dark sign for the future of the Android ecosystem.

I have tried both to no avail.

Could just not use a swap space.

Maybe try creating the partitions with a gparted live disk then just installing Ubuntu on them.

Also are you installing off a CD or a USB drive?

Maybe try a fresh iso and reinstall it on the USB drive if you are using one.

Other then that I am kinda stumped I am sure there is a way you can get a more detailed output of the data but I am not sure how.

Other then that IDK I am just thinking the steps I would go through.

Are you using the manual setting or letting Ubuntu do it automatically. The Ubuntu auto installer always gives me **** so I always do it manually.

In semi Ubuntu related news one of the libraries I work for finally gave me the ok to nuke windows from the network altogether and now they run a pure Linux network. I did all the partitioning manually and never ran into any issues.

None laser mice have no problems reading off a flat or a rough surface. Mouse pads are useless unless you have a cheap lazer mouse or an optical one.
