I was wondering what would be the best recording software for me, I
currently use obs studio but I want to know if there is anything
better, I mostly play minecraft and some other games like fortnite
counter strike cod etc, my specs are a ryzen 5 1600x a gtx 1050 ti asus
dual fan, and my minecraft fps is minimum 450 average 1.2k and max 2.3k
when not recording and when recording minimum 150 average 700 - 850
maximum 1.3k I recording in 60fps 1080p for causal commentaries and
either 1080p 120fps or 4k 120fps for montages and edits,
That's either rendered in Blender or another 3d software, or REALLY heavily modded. You can even see that each character has a different height and their hair has a distinctly voxel look. Given their movements and occasional facial expressions, I'd say that at minimum there's some animation going on that's outside of Minecraft.
Regardless, there's nothing that makes me think that this video is in any way vanilla. Thus I stand by my statement that what you ask is impossible with a resource pack. I suggest checking out More Player Models, and if that's not what's used then try looking in Requests/Ideas for Mods since there's almost certainly someone else who's asked about this before.

Can you provide a link to a vanilla gameplay video where this happens? I did a quick sweep of that channel and everything on it seems to either be animated in what I'm guessing is Blender or else modded gameplay. I don't see any vanilla MC videos at all, much less ones where this happens. However, you're more familiar with the channel so if you can provide a link I can take a look.
This is important because I know what you're asking can be done with a mod, but I'm all but absolutely certain that it's no possible to do driven-key-based animations using only a resource pack.
And obviously you can animate whatever you want in Blender since that's the whole point of 3d modeling and animation software.
if you look at that you will see tails moving and ik it might require mods and im ok with that.

I think it would make the client 10% better with a client-side anticheat to support other things like custom cheater free games and etc,

I use cubik studio to model my animal ears and tails for my Minecraft roleplay but I want the animations to change based on certain things for example
when your still they stop moving when you walk they move and if you jump they flap if there wings
before you say this is impossible it is not ive seen it on the youtube channel known as aphmau
if anyone knows a way to do this id be extremely appreciative.
