How Can You Help The Server:[/b][/i] I can promote. It is a simple word but in my brain has a lot of depth. I can attract players to the server and grow the played base from the ground up (using social media, advertising etc) all in legal ways which will gets players who are keen to play and will stay. I can also improve the server, banning hackers etc. Although, when it comes to swearing (which I am completely fine with) I shall' direct the player(s) to just "keep it down a notch". [/i]
There Is A Hacker And Its There First Offense How Long Is There Punishment:[/b][/i] As its the hackers first offence and its a known rule you don't hack on servers (most servers), they SHOULD be provided with a 1 week ban. If they are guilty and learn there lesson they shall not return to the server hacking again but if theres a player who does not care, they shall not return to the server because let's be honest,no hackers going to wait a week to be unbanned. (if that makes any sense) [/i]
Someone Is Spamming In Chat What Do U Do:[/b][/i][i] Direct message them saying to stop, give them a imaginary warning. If they continue, and if I'm instructed or I feel it is needed I will mute them for an hour. If they responsively keep spamming after the first mute, a 24 hour mute will be provided. [/i]
You See Another Staff Member Abusing What Do You Do:[/b][/i] If they are a lower rank than me, and I have permissions to. I will take away there rank, ban/freeze/kick /mute them and report them immediately to Owners or Admins. If they are higher, then I shall record (I have access to a recording software) s/he doing what is called "Abusive" and report them to Owners or Admins. [/i]
ANYTHING Else[/b][/i][b]: [/i][/b]Own a channel where I get 100 average views a video (207 Subscribers) where I can post catching/trolling hackers or admin series etc. Can promote the server through that. Will give more details if I receive the role! [/i]

So I was loading up the Minecraft Launcher and I clicked play and then it loads and then crashes!
