Think about a grand scale map/mod anything that you made and play it with your friends..I really feel awesome when one of my friends say I've done a great job with my mod
If minecraft didn't exist today for me to make mods and play with friends I'll probably be stuck on the weird side of the internet...

There's only 1 reason..The way it's done is similar to how Pad Ho works..which as you may know crash the server :))
Open-Source means that you have access to it's source code..so if you want to learn you can look there

Nope I didn't find anything in SBS (I didn't read them all) nor in that special ep (which if I may add..ITS JUST HORRIBLE..I don't have anything with fillers because its still in the one piece world..but god..DB and One Piece and those helicopters at the beginning just no..)
It's not that I need help :)) But they're kinda buggy..like they're not spawning (G5) or random client crashes (first marine ship)..
1-Be sure he have the mod inside /mods folder
2-Maybe he's using a craked minecraft and your server have online-mode=true

Ok so it's true that after a DF user dies the "devil" goes into other similar fruit. BUT I couldn't found any information about DFs that grows on a tree or something like that..The only piece of information that I found was this :
"In the original two pilots of One Piece, Luffy's Devil Fruit power, the Gomu Gomu no Mi, was the power of the Gomu Gomu tree that grew once every 50 years and there were no signs that other such powers existed"
But again..This is from Romance Dawn V.1 (or older I think)..

Hm..maybe if the cholroball explodes on the ground a smoke that give poison to anyone who breath it will appear .

And NOOO..Bukkit ...srsly ?..Bukkit is for plugins :)) try MCPC+ (that's for mods)..the thing is that both of you should have the mod inside /mods folder. Also you can post the error here ^^.
About 0.1.0..I want to release it around January so..If there won't be a stable version of forge until then..I'll just release it for 1.6.4.

hmm..good point..well I guess I'll just work as much as I can until a stable version of Forge will come out..and I'll just release a pre-alpha for both versions (1.6.4 and 1.7.2)

Being a part of a forum(or community in general) usually means arguing with other people. Because we're humans and everyone have a different opinion..and that's good having the same opinion about all things would mean a boring life.. ^^
Also as a side note Warship island is a non-canon arc only for anime ^^ so if you say manga is the original thing that means warship arc don't really matter..(and I actually hate fillers..)

Dunno when the next version will be out :)) Probably next year..But everything is good..I've made a few little cool things ^^. Like Factions , Gomu Gomu no Rocket don't crash the server anymore..And a crappy but still WIP timer for items ^^
Also I was thinking about Skypiea but not as a dimension maybe as a new type of village (in sky of course),,BUT I'm kinda bad at making big structures (..Sea Temple , First Marine ship...G5..and the list go on..)
If I can make it then skypieans(or whatever they're called) will be like villagers and sell dials and other stuff.. ^^.

Calm down :)) I think this forge release is a pre-release..or some sort..When I checked if MCP is updated (because I kinda need the source code for modding >.> )..It wasn't or at least I didn't see it.
I think this update is for other people to look inside forge code for bugs and things like that ^^.. (Or at least that's what I'm thinking)
Anyway I'm sure when MCP will be updated all things (MCPC+ and Bukkit) will be updated.

Well factions are 90% done now..^^ So wait until the next release.
Most of them aren't but some of them (like Strawhats) are friendly.
I was reading something interesting on wikia some days ago..
In the old One Piece Pirates are divided in 2 parts
Peace Main (Luffy) - "is a pirate who goes on adventures and does not really care about amassing treasure or fighting other pirates"
Morganeer (Buggy) - "The morganeer fight for treasure and personal ambition. They are greedy and love to fight just to cause other people pain and misery."

Like I said 90% done..Also post your crashlog here ^^ First 4 things that usually make a server crash.
1) Be sure you have the MCPC+ (not bukkit or vaniila)
2) Play with 0.0.9+ NOT 0.0.9 simple
3) Don't use Pad Ho , Sables or Gomu Gomu no Rocket.
4) Check the other mods (if you have more then 1)
If none of this helps post your crashlog here ^^

Room and Mes are still very WIP..but Yes Mes works with normal players (I didn't test it but it should work). I'll add hearts for every mob in minecraft but right now I just wanted to test them xD..
Ok..so much ppl want that light sword..I'll just add it :))
I'll add more NPC but right now I'm not very good at their AI
And Gasu Gasu is already planned for the next release ;P
Also..for everyone..just stop with excuses for your english mine isn't perfect either and I'm sure most of you don't have english as first language so it's normal to not be very good at it

I kinda forgot about dials :)) but that sounds cool..combining a marine sword with a fire dial would be like an enchantment ^^
Marine / Vice and Pirate ships aren't rare at all :)) you can easily found 4-5 close to each other.
Haki's still WIP you can test it (not sure in what tab I put it..) and it only works with gomu goum no pistol.
