Using minetweaker to get the item names worked for me while setting up custom weights for some mods (such as electronic age) but not for terrafirmacraft.
The above sets the ElnProbe item to weigh 10 units, but the TFC log item remains at it's default value, which is less than a feather. I tried this with several TFC items like stones, tools, etc to make sure it wasn't something like metadata causing issues. The names given by minetweaker worked fine when setting new recipes using TFC item names.
I have a problem. I used Ars Magica's haste spell to increase my movement speed, followed by the charge power from TC's battleaxe. The effects stacked, but when the TC speed boost "wore off" it's effect did not. I have tried using both skills again, which only further increases my speed. Dying and relogging to the server have not fixed it either. Anything less than slowness 4 will not reduce me to my normal walking speed. Any ideas how to fix this, short of deleting my player data?
Is there a workaround or a fix for chunk loading? I made the very smart decision to build an 8000+ block circuit with the new tracks, only to find that locomotive chunk loading doesn't work at all. Watching on opis, it seems the train will go for a short distance outside of player loaded chunks, but will almost always stop at any turns or even a straight section once it's far enough away.
Doesn't help much that the slightest hill or turn will cause the locomotive to spin around backwards, and any change in speed will collapse all trailing carts in on one another. I've tried loading the track with railcraft chunk loaders and sentinels, but I can't say if that's been effective or not. There seems to be a huge difference between player loaded chunks and chunks loaded with admin anchors.
I have fire elementals spawning in the overworld, and lightmages spawning in such high numbers that literally nothing else can spawn. I haven't seen a skeleton, zombie, spider, or creeper in days. According to opis, there are none.
Anyone else having this issue? I recently removed mocreatures for being useless in terms of spawn controls.
Using version 1.2.0.22 and having some problems. Periodically, for no clear reason, every AM2 block that can store etherium is completely emptied and has all connections reset. The most recent time this happened was shortly after using a portal to warp 100 or so blocks with 14000 neutral essence in the keystone receptacle. After arriving and trying to go back, i found all of the obelisks were drained and unconnected, and all of the batteries and receptacles were drained and unconnected. Has anyone else run into this? Am I missing something obvious?
Can you explain your ban a bit more clearly? From what I can grasp, it sounds like your account got hijacked or something, but "network problems" and "hackers" are currently undefined. What exactly was the ban for?

Last: Looking at your ban on the server mentioned in your application, I strongly recommend you change your password, and make a habit of unchecking "remember password." As you are on a shared computer, anyone can easily access your account if you do not take a few precautions - And just as on the other server, you will be held responsible for the actions taken by any users of your account.
Re-read our rules, fix your special key, and repost your application and you should be good to go.
