So basically, my Laptop borked up and i had to reinstall WIndows.
Now I want to play an old World of mine, made in some custom 1.6.4 modpack, again, so i installed everything(minecraft, mods, resource packs, etc.) as perviously, and it works, but the lag is terrible(max 17 fps instead of the usual 40-90).
The nvidia GPU usage icon says nothing is using the GPU(i think it did, previously) so i think its using the Intel GPU.
I already tied to set up nvidia optimus to use the Nvidia GPU for all java versions i have(New launcher integrated thingy, whatever 64x Java 8 i had installed, latest Java 7), tried right clicking on the launcher and selecting "launch with GPU". Vanilla MC seems to use the Intel GPU, too, but gives around 30 fps.
Oh, thanks! I currently can't develop further because i can't get minecraft to work properly again.
You missed a few things, especially with the elemental swords, maybe take a look HERE!
Also, i didn't exactly document the new boxes, so a quick rundown of those you missed and i can remember what they do:
Detector box:
Emits redstone based on direction of the input axis. also outputs axis speed through comperator.
Reversion gearbox:
Reverses the direction of the input based on redstone signal.
Decoupling gearbox:
When redstone is applied, decouples input and output
Springbox:
Stores energy, and outputs it with a speed linear to the redstone signal strength. also outputs how full it is through a comperator. Bursts when winded up to much.
Also try using a rotameter on gearbox faces (hint shift-rightclick on springbox tells you how full it is)
Also dark ore can only be mined in complete darkness.
Yeah, especially when i don't have time to program a little Minecraft mod in between PC game projects and hardware stuff (theres an intresting video where i tried interfacing a Gameduino graphics adapter and forgot to properly turn off the select... ).
Also, i would probably write down what some of the new things do, but turns out i forgot part of that myself, duh... But im on the way of getting my computer set up again! Thanks to the 2 or 3 people still reading this!
(i couldn't test if it built correctly(i can't even type this without lag, seriously this computer here is slow), but from my knowledge it should... Also, i will try to gradually update the wiki, but help is always appreciated.
At least i found a nice subtitle: "Mechanical Evolution"... Which pretty much describes whats going on...
Please report bugs you find, but don't expect the usual <48 hour fix, but i will try to respond atleast(as much as crappy android devices will let me :P)
Also, next release will be a bugfix/feature request release mainly(also it will have methods of generating power which dont suck)
Yes, that heat thing is a feature that needs to be config-ed...
When my Computer works again, i check if some of the problems i mentioned earlier(mainly stupid TEs that just kick one out when trying to profile them) got fixed...

Got some texture support:
BOOK_895ab5ff83dae57fc6d2bdd2883e4ff64fefde01
BRICK_1d5bc0e0bd9e4ce195e8823ee4908b22fba5bcc5
NETHER_fa8f0223a19f7d9204b2261947daa187450c5c1c
This is for the "Unity" texture pack, positions are the same as vanilla (im 90% sure they are).

Well, i found the solution! The 64bit Optimus driver is not properly signed...
Head to the Nvidia foums for the fix:https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/748213/geforce-drivers/nvidia-optimus-big-problem-with-my-gtx660m/post/4292633/#4292633

Any ideas?

Oh, sorry, dont mind the "new forge messes things up" text, its just my modpack doing that... (note to myself: dont make assumptions)
Also, expect a new version with little to no changes in a few minutes anyways!

Repairing my computer is more of a problem than i thought...
EDIT: IT IS DONE!

Just a heads up, in just about 1 or 2 weeks development can continue!

Anyways, i might be able to do some wiki stuffs today, if i remember how things work...
Also, intresting sidenote: For the centrifuge to spin, i had to hack my own system o.o

Sadly, my computer stil doesn't work...
I might compile 0.4 at my school when i have time for that there, but dont expect massive explanations or something until my own computer works again.
For the records, i get random "Acces Denied" errors on some files that worked fine a few minites ago, but it isn't a hardware issue...
