So far all I've seen is borging a bunch of mod features into baseline. I see Twilight Forest features, MoCreature, Wedge, and BOP\EBXL\Highlands getting cherry picked by a lazy dev. What really es me off is no credit to the mod developers mentioned.
It's sickening and shameful.
What's sickening and shameful are people that do not read the EULA and Terms of Use for a piece of software and then decide they have the moral authority to crap all over the document that they agree to. You don't have the right to complain about a thing. If you learned how to read, you would know that everyone agreed to have their creative ideas incorporated into the game by signing up. Even you.
What would be awful is if Mojang did not include that literature, and outright stole creative ideas, with people developing under the idea that their contributions would be legitimate sources of income, protected intellectual concepts that belong only to them, and coming with the ability to file infringement suits.
On the bright side, the current system does not have to bother with coordinating all content creators into a failed democracy of content scheduling and collaboration. So deal with it you literally legally challenged troll.

That is exactly what I tried to do when I found the sound files. I just dont get it though. I edit the files, save them in the '.ogg' format after editing, and even though the files are changed, the game still makes the same barks!

Finally! Now I can literally 'farm xp'! XP farms are literal farms now!

Minecraft deaths are so common that I don't think I could ever remember how i died first. On the other hand, I think it was still drowning.

even better, challenge mojang to team fortress for the right to have it back.
but on a more serious note, I have the same problem as the Canadian guy. 'minecraft.net' with no 'www' works, but not with 'www.' added.

Okay, lets analyze something here. What do Witches, Skeletons, Zombies, Wither Skeletons, Wither bosses, and Zombie Pigmen have in common? They're all paranormal, magical, threatening, and tied to 'black magics'.
What do they not have in common? Witches aren't undead, which is a key feature of the others listed. On the other hand, witches control dark magic, and add a plausible explanation for why there are undead minions running around.
Anyone care to refute this position of witches validate the existence of the undead?

For instance: I've started leeping track of important coordiantes and writing journals about what I do in Minecraft using the 'ink pen and book'.
The fire spread does work too, and I've torched entire forests to make way for my construction projects. Theres nothing quite as interesting as watching the whole rainforest burn from a well built observation tower. It may take a few minecraft days sometimes, but that whole sucker burns as long as there is more burnable stuff to spread to. It may not spread across flat ground, but thats just commonsense.
Zombie villagers are great too. I don't have to spend eternity looking for villages to start my own!
Item frames! Make a bunch of small maps, then put them up on a grid of item frames! What do you get? A good map of the whole area, on a wall, with a little green marker to show where your map sits, and white dots to show the relative position of the other maps!
The bottom line is this. If you thought this game was going to stop at fist punching trees and smelting iron, then thats all you have to do. If you thought this game was about a constant evolution of creative worlds and interactions, then just keep playing and experimenting.

I've never even played the original, or looked at the new one, but its already grabbing my attention now.

What is it when you ***** about Notch fighting, or going as far as to say he is greedy and needs to step away from his two year+ project? Its the same thing as a **** ass kid saying, "Dad! Give me the car! I DESERVE YOUR CAR! I am a needy child who thinks the time has come for you to give me what is yours!"
Don't forget your place in this world, unless you desire to be that child.

Minecraft used to run fine on my PC, but after 1.8, it crashed a lot. :sad.gif:
