I have had this issue as well in the past, I think it's something to do with the rengering engine of minecraft itself, there's certain levels you end up on that will not show any ores around at all if you look a certain direction, same as a beacons beam will disappear if you look in a certain direction.
The creator of another XRay I used to use (till he updates it again) has had this problem and you are right on with what he said is wrong with his XRay, he too is looking into how to fix the issue...

It would be bannable, likely by 100% of servers, if it weren't programmed by a super modder who made this thing undetectable (as it doesn't register to Forge), pfft might as well be a hack. xD
C'mon man, I don't know how many xray mods exist for 1.8 out there but could you make a server version of this to detect and block this mods usage? or at the very least make it register to Forge so it can be blocked by other mods?
cry me a river, that is all...

Not in 1.8 currently. Maybe with the new Forge changes it can be done.

Naruto1310 posted a message on Craftable Animals v2.5.0.2 - see last post for 1.10 and 1.11 versionsPosted in: Minecraft Mods
I'm on 1.8 and using the latest version of Craftable animals,...
Yesterdays log Rar
I figured out that is only happens when tooltips from NEI is turned on,.. and well during day time It doesn't realy show becose there is light anyway but I think it is doin it too,... "it" meaning the light effect when looking at the spawners, any spawner, distance and lanscape (biome),..
Might it be NEI and Craftable animals glitch together?
Again, it isn't a real big problem Tho,..
This is defintely an NEI bug. It happens even without CraftableAnimals installed. I assume, NEI changes some setting in OpenGL to render the spawner in the tooltip and doesn't change it back again.

Mumfrey posted a message on LiteLoaderPosted in: Minecraft ModsQuote from chuck4100wow. Sorry mate, didn't mean to insult you, but seriously, no reason to be a D-bag about it. All you had to do was say no and I would have gone away.
I wasn't being a d-bag, I was just trying to draw attention to the reality of the situation for you, since I don't think you realised the disparity between what you were offering and what you were asking. I'm pretty blunt a lot of the time, but never intentionally rude unless people are rude, insulting or unreasonable to me first. I just spend a lot of time answering forum posts, support messages etc. nowadays and don't really embelish them with pleasantries most of the time. -

Trixter313 posted a message on LiteLoaderPosted in: Minecraft ModsQuote from Wrath3D@ Mumfrey,..
I figured out that "Damage Indicator" is giving the same problem to Liteloader as "Inventory tweaks" does,..
No action needed, jus for info if someone akses!
Version 3.2.0 for 1.7.10 seems to work fine for me and the latest version of Inventory tweaks on the Jenkins website works fine also - To post a comment, please login.
