If this is using the exact same light emission as a normal redstone lamp, then you'd have to be very blind to not see a ghast within the area of (black) light.
And in maps how would this be useful? If it just reveals mobs, that'd make the invisibility potion pretty useless.
In multiplayer, you said it could detect invisible players, which is also pretty useless as armor and weapons are still visible with the effect on, meaning that unless you have particles turned off or have no armor detecting players wouldn't be very useful.
You're complaining about people not pulling the bow strings back, would be really funny to see this thread posted in 2011 where you couldn't pull your bowstring back.

You realize shields already block 66% of melee damage right? If you meant it blocking sword attacks all together then PvP will become tedious having people block at least 90% of your attacks.

You realize that petitions on Change.org will almost never actually do what they wanted to happen unless the petition holder contacts the Mineplex team (in your case) and you negotiate with them so that they will change the rules if the petition reaches x amount of supporters. So unless you do this, your petition will do absolutely nothing. The Mineplex team has full rights to decline your petition if they see it unfit, and you should know this very well.
Also, as AppleEater01 said; "You hack the first time to intentionally gain an upper edge to artificially improve your 'skillz'." It should be pretty obvious to why you were banned.
So in other words it's going to rain all year round? Besides, whether it snows or not is based on the biome you're in, only in the colder biomes does it snow and it the desert there is no rain or snow at all.
I'm fine with the Desert warden as it seems fine enough but the jungle walker is WAY to overpowered, that's essentially an extremely overpowered skeleton and if these are just as common as guardians then I would never want to go to a jungle temple every again. Not to mention if these guys have 30 hearts, (60 health) that's going to make fighting them really tedious and annoying.
