I have found the answer to all of your problems.
Buy a kennel and just put the dog in there. It is not like it can break out of it. Therefore, you can do your homework in peace.
yeah the only problem was that shee has been in the kennel for a while, because my mom has to go out a lot, but its fine, we got a scheduale worked out
As Frog said, it seems as you are the problem and putting this in your point of view. Do you watch the puppy at all? You were the one who wanted a dog so it's your responsibility to take care of it. A little dog shouldn't be left unattended.
Yes i watch the puppy pretty much the whole entire time. I do take care of it! and i wouldnt ever leave it left unatteneded because then it could choke on something, eat something the could kill it, get its head stuck in something and suffocate, etc.
I'd focus on the homework. It has been proven that the majority learns more from homework than actual school.

I can easily imagine that your mom would seem angry all the time and would be prone to shouting in ways that seem unreasonable. As a mother of five, the amount of stuff that she has to keep track of is intense, relentless, overwhelming, and critical. She's gonna be stressed and she's gonna yell - sometimes unfairly!
I can also imagine that you, as the oldest, are the "regect" (I think "neglected" is probably a more accurate word, btw). You are the most able to take care of yourself and thus the least critical to take care of. That doesn't mean that you should be neglected. But if your mom is overburdened then, what "should" be and what is are going to be different.
On the other hand, its possible that your mom is overly neglectful. She could also be emotionally unstable and prone to lashing out in ways that are unfair and even emotionally abusive. From what you've written in the OP, I think this is far less likely than that she is simply stressed and overburdened, but that doesn't make it impossible.
If your mom belongs in the first scenario then you will need to tough it out and try your best to be supportive. You can also try to communicate feeling neglected or picked on, but remember that being stressed and overburdened are what are causing those problems and try to voice your complaints in a way that doesn't add to the stress or burden.
If your mom belongs in the second scenario then you need to talk to a trustworthy adult like a counselor or grandparent to try to get them to intervene on your behalf.
Re: the puppy problem. Do you have a crate? Puppies are non-stop trouble for the first 4-5 months and having a safe place to confine them now and then is a sanity saver. If you have a crate, then put the puppy in it while you do your homework, taking it out to do its business and get in a 5-10 minute play session every 30-45 minutes. If you don't have a crate, then you need to get one.
yeah.. its not all the time, but its jsut she gets irritated so easily now. (though it doesnt help my sibilings dont listen half the time D:< ) and i do have a kennel for her, but usually she's been in it for a while. Im talking to my parents to see if we can get a schedule so everything will work out hopefully.
It isn't that hard to watch a puppy and do homework at the same time. I had to do the same thing. All you have to do is make sure it isn't ruining anything. Just check up on the thing every few minutes or so.
oh yes it is, my puppy chews on EVERYTHING. Literally. So we have to watch her, but i get super involved in writing and reading (which is what i was doing) so its hard. and im not briniging my computer downstairs unless she's tired out )which she wasnt) other wise she will eat it.
You're worrying about two unimportant issues. Neither puppies nor homework are going to affect your life very much, so just stop worrying about one or the other and you'll be fine... I think.

Yes it shall! If i get bad grades on my homework because i couldnt do it, means my grade on my report will go down, which means ill get in even MORE trouble, and depending on what happens, i could fail because of it (which is highly unlikely, but still could happen)
I am just saying, your mother does so much for you, the least you can do is do some tasks for her. If homework is really taking that much time from your day, find ways to do it during school.
its not for her though, Its my things. But she made it sound like when i got home i could do my home work super fast (it only took 5 minutes once i FINALLY got to go do it and only because my dad let me go do it) but no. i couldnt do it at school thouhg, didnt have the resources for it. Its just she made it sound like she'd let me jsut pop up do it real fast and then watch my puppy, which would have been perfect, but then she wasnt giving me any time to do the home work
There is no reason to hate your mother if she is not abusing you. If anything, it seems like you are the problem here. She is asking you to do simple tasks and all you do is make some lame ass excuse. Learn to grow up and stop overreacting when your are ordered to do something.
She always yells at me first, before she ever lets me explaint hough, and its agrevating D:< and no it is not simple tasks here! If i kept doing it, then i wouldnt have gotten my homework done! no homework= F! and please, no cussing. Im a kid. And i am very mature thank you very much, and im not over reacting. I HAVE to do my homework, its important you know! But when i try to sort things out, it jsut happens all over again

Oh i totally would, but its just that she's not housebroken yet. Almost, but not quite, so we keep her downstairs for now until she's housebroken. and yeah i think running away is stupid to, but im just saying that because otehrwise some people would go run away! or something like that

8. curl up like an animal would( dont ask why i have no clue why i do that) or lay on my side

What? I have Norton myself, and never ever has anything Minecraft related popped up as malware. Either your Norton is messing up or you downloaded the texture pack from an unofficial source.
i didnt download it, it stopped me from downloading it. It was a planet minecraft one so idk ill try again if i can fnd one thats any good at 16x
