Well, I've decided to use HoverBoat mod.
I've made the hoverboat, and have traveled 10,000 blocks. I'm experiencing minor lag spikes, but nothing too major. The lag is likely from how fast I'm traveling and it having to generate land.

I would suggest getting video footage of different aspects of the mods, and then commentating afterwards. Instead of having a single cut like you see with most minecraft videos, commentate on the mod with video playing in the backround involving whatever it is you are talking about.
Almost exactly what I was thinking. Have some gameplay of the mod going on in the backround while talking about the mod. Would you say I should add some kind of music playing lightly in the backround?

And today I'm going to be asking you a few questions that will help me... But first onto the back story -stage dims-
(TL;DR down below - the paragraph's only for a little back story)
So one day I was browsing videos on the tubes and I was thinking about what I should do when I get my laptop back. I knew I wanted to make videos since that's always been a wee bit of a hobby of mine and I also knew I wanted it to be about Minecraft. I thought to myself "What's a series of videos I could put out that I can have a semi easy schedule, easy to do, informative, fun, and would get me all the ladies?" I thought of one of my favorite things to do for Minecraft...Use mods. So there we have it! I want to make a (hopefully) weekly Minecraft Mod Review where I talk about the mod, how it's helpful, if I recommended it all that stuff.
(TL;DR)
What I'd like to know if/when I make this series, what would YOU guys want to see on it? What would you want my main focus to be about? What mods have you been dieing to know about but for whatever reason have/can not? Do you want me to make a 15 minute long video explaining it all? Or would you want me to keep it under about 5 minutes just explaining it and skimming over the features? I am going to be working on this over the weekend with all the graphics work and the intro and that, but I will be checking in time to time.
What I do NOT want this to be is just another video of some loser showing his brown horse getting out of his pen cause the Pegasus was pushing it... I want it to actually be something where I go over all/most of the features that are in it that will help someone decide whether or not they want to use the mod or if it's even worth their time.
That is it really... I do not think I will have this ready before this Monday but I will sure try for the Monday after. Hope you all have some wonderful ideas and as always my friends, have nice day.

Recently I got bored so I wanted to make some pictures inside of Cinema 4D, which if you didn't know is a 3D program, made much like Minecraft blocks. I made myself a wallpaper and tweeted it to Pyropuncher (if you don't know him look him up second favorite swede next to Tejbz) and he asked me if I could make him some title art for his Minecraft Videos. I have a few more but I'd rather not put them unless he doesn't use them. Kind of want them to be slightly unique :biggrin.gif: But here's a few I can/want to show you.
I have updated the mod, please check the first post. A summary of the changes:
-Added Foxes!
-Werewolves added to the full version of the mod
-Once tamed, birds won't eat seeds (they still will be attracted to seeds)
-Some performance tweaking on the birds (decreases CPU load)
-other minor tweaks to the birds' AI
-Fixed bug with wraiths surviving daylight
-Fixed bug with wraiths not causing damage
-added tooltip to the Horse Saddle
-fixed typo in one of the horse sound files (thanks to CrimsonCrow for the heads up)
-Fire Ogres now drops bloodstone
-Cave Ogres no longer spawn on dark areas of the surface
