Who do we need?

Portfolio: I have owned two small servers since 2016 and I have also been a manager on five further servers and an admin on countless more. These servers had around 30-50 consecutive players. Additionally, I was a staff member, a moderator to be precise, on a server called VirtusMC which had over 300 consecutive players. In management and ownership roles, I had to manage staff, create rules and staff documents, control build teams, create branding, set up plugins, create discord bots, make websites, set up databases and organise whole networks. I have experience in git, docker, python and video editing so I am able to fix technical issues with ease. Furthermore, I have previously used bungeecord/waterfall/firecord/travertine so I know what is involved in syncing, running and managing large networks. I have had to manage cash flow and finances before as well as crucial user data. I am trustworthy and am passionate about my work so I care about the final result. As a perfectionist, I will make sure that any server I work on is the best it can be. Lastly, I also have been staff on some large discord servers of up to 25 000 members (I was a moderator on a server called Zayne) as well as multiple smaller servers ranging from 5000 members to 50. As being a general, staff, operations and a community manager for servers, I know who to look for in hiring teams and freelancers and who to avoid.
Vouches: Three previous owners I have worked for praised me for my developing and managing ability. I have these available vouches available on request. I may be able to get more based on my moderation ability too.

I love to interact with active and growing communities and it gives me satisfaction to help players and enforce rules for the benefit of the players. I have the experience and knowledge so I think I would be suitable for this ownership position. I enjoy developing networks and building key relationships both with staff and players alike. I am a people person so I love to chat and feel like I could expand on this with your server. Putting my skills to use is key for me, so I would like to have a large project on which to dedicate my time as I have some free. If accepted I would be able to spend roughly three hours a day on the server, on weekends this could increase to anything up to 8, as I generally love Minecraft and the player base of it.
