I like the chest idea you have, I haven't head of something like that yet. Maybe make the single chest a night stand and the larger chest a dresser or cabinets.

Well, if you made them standalone, it would sure save space on your post xD

And I'm quite sure when somebody wants something that has to deal with textures, they know what they're doing most of the time. Heck, even the simplest image editor (Paint) can do what would need to be done if they were standalone.

Well I'll leave the old ones, but if I make any new ones for this post then i'll make them standalone for extra easy installation (:

And also, i'm pretty sure even with standalone bars, MS paint can't be used. It would still change the transparency to white, ruining torches, glass, ladders, etc.

Thanks a lot! I hope my humble bars look good with your sexy compucraft pack (:

    @MrGame
I'm not too sure I'm cut out for HD, but I may attempt it at some point.
And perhaps all the bars should be standalone? I don't expect anyone to use computerized progress bars on the default minecraft terrain, i figured people would just copy & paste it onto any terrain they wish to use.

Any way you could make the percentage numbers white for when im stuck in a deep dark cave ? =0 cant see black in the black dark. ha.

Sure thing! Check up in the OP.
I don't have a screenshot for it though, i'll try to get one in a cave sometime.

Tell me if it works in the dark though.

I'm liking the percentage kinda thing now!
Are the old styled ones still there too? They were good!

Feel free to take anything for that nice looking compucraft pack :wink.gif:

And yes, they are! I put them as links now, because my post was getting very cluttered in my opinion. But you should still be able to get to the terrain.pngs and also to all the original screenshots you saw before.

Upload the pics into a hosting website (i use photobucket) and take the img code from there. Although for something as big as screenshots you should use simg.
Sorry if that's not descriptive enough.

And as a suggestion: you should build some sort of intense dungeon. Several layers deep, a few wimpy treasure chests along the way, and a giant prize at the very end in a big treasure room. (With a way to the surface at the end.)
Just throw in a few monster spawners.

Any chance of getting that #/percentage idea up? I'd like to see what you have in store for that one.

Well my first attempt came out very awkward, so I went with the window design. I'll try it again, maybe with just numbers that appear (which has been done before), or included with my original bar idea.

Don't know when it will be up, but i'll work on it very soon.

posted a message on How do I make a perfect pentagon?
I can't imagine a sphere working well on top of a pentagon.

Try a pentagonal pyramid. It should still give a good dome effect from the inside. Maybe stop close to the top so it isn't so pointy.

Interesting project, and it's looking very nice. I'm excited to see how the finished project turns out.

Do you think you'll continue making pre-made maps/structures for people after this?

It's definitely a possibility! There are a couple more things we want to make for my girlfriend's book, so if we end up doing those we'll make them available as well. After that, who knows! Just being able to build without the gathering process or having to worry about monsters is a nice distraction from true Minecrafting.

Agreed! I'm putting "true" Minecrafting on hold until the Halloween update. Building and modding will keep me quite busy until then.
What else were you planning to make for the book after this mansion?

This pack is incredible! I'm excited to see what you do with the mobs/armor.

And if you're looking for suggestions for the metal door, might I recommend a heavy blast door? With only an eye level slit to see through. I think that would look very cool with your amount of skill, maybe even have black blast marks on it from creepers.

But anyway, keep up the good work!
