Now that I think about it, some of the stuff isn't bad,
But other stuff, I hope will never be added. Also, by when they say a whole new game, does that mean we will have to rebuy MC? That would be stupid as it is only an update.
The Minecraft 2.0 thing is an April Fools joke. Why they're still pushing it I have no idea.

Never thought of that; good idea.

Maybe back up your world to a flash drive first

Edit: Not sure if I was clear enough: by putting Glowstone in the ceiling of the first floor, you're also putting it in the floor of the second floor which lights them both up. The same could be done with the ceiling of the 3rd floor and the floor of the 4th floor... I feel like I just said "floor" a lot...

However, the Xbox won't catch up to the PC. If you think about it, the PC is going to keep getting updates and we're probably going to get them after the PC has had them for a while. If we catch up to where they are now, they'll get a new update and be ahead of us. See what I mean? It's an cycle that only ends when either the PC or the Xbox stop getting new content.
I'll say this though, 4J is doing an amazing job, and I wouldn't be surprised if we got the PC updates just a few weeks after they get them. For that I am incredibly grateful and I hope a lot of people here are too.

If I had an account, I would make a separate one for Minecraft screenshots

I wouldn't recommend getting a capture card just to take screenshots. If you're going to make videos then the thing is a godsend, but if you want it just to take a few screenshots here and there, I think it's a waste of $200. Here's a couple links if you're really looking at them though:

Easiest way is to just put it on Facebook. From there you can download it and reupload it somewhere like Photobucket.

However this isn't PC... The next thing that comes to mind is glowstone with sticky pisons. Put a glowstone block one block above the ceiling, then have a sticky piston holding whatever block you made the trap out of in front of the glowstone, then when you hit the switch the piston pulls the block out of the way exposing the glowstone preventing more things from spawning...
The next thing that comes to mind is redstone torches lining the walls... You could have redstone coming into these blocks, which would power them and turn off the torches when the switch is on. Then turn the switch off and the torches come back on preventing more spawning. I'll get some pictures in a minute.
Edit: Here are the pictures:
You have to keep the piston covered otherwise more light will get in though
Oh and I just thought of something. The glowstone will keep monsters from spawning on top of it at night as well, making it serve two purposes.

Lmao you really think that will work? With over 8 million Xboxs, if they all go up for sale at the same time you're not going to get **** for them. Nobody will want the old 360s when the new ones come out. If the discs won't work anymore, nobody will want the discs either. It's really basic supply and demand. When there's a huge supply, and a very small demand, prices drop WAY ****in down.
