I think I'd make a good developer because I have years of experience developing on servers and I know almost all the plugins there are, I can configure install, update and customize plugins and I am learning how to custom code them. I have been a developer for multiple servers and I will work for free. I work well in a team and am very mature. I also am good at troubleshooting broken plugins and I've worked on multiple factions servers. I also am good with permissions, crates, moderation plugins and much more!

I have owned my own server that had 20 people on daily and I have developed for a few aswell as being admin on a server called OPCraft that has around 300 people on daily.
Why we should pick you: You should pick me because I am a very qualified applicant unlike the one above me and I have had a lot of experience in minecraft servers, I've been playing for 3 years now and have been staff on many. I also am very mature and I know how to conduct myself in a way that people will respect and like me. I know all the commands any minecraft server uses and I have experience being staff on a very large server. I want to get back into minecraft so I am applying here.

UnReal PVP is a new OP Factions server that has just released. We are a small tight knit community, trying to grow our player base.
Why should you care?
UnReal PVP has something for everyone, we have hourly crate drops at spawn, monthly rank giveaways, random events, custom enchantments! Along with crates, custom monster spawners, mcmmo and many more! We always strive to make the best experience for every player, when you login we have a tutorial to get you started and then you're off, simple as that! We currently are having a rank giveaway at our website listed below, enter by the 16th for a chance to win our top donator rank, Zeus. We also do small drop parties at server milestones such as 15 players online etc. For our first week every player that joins will receive a Legacy crate key to be used at spawn! We have active and dedicated staff members always online to assist you and we always listen to our players for suggestions and feedback.
What is OP Factions?
Our version of OP Factions is different from others in a few ways, firstly we have many custom plugins that other server do not have including custom mob spawners and custom enchants all coded by our amazing full time developer! The gamemode itself is just like factions just will more powerful gear. For example, the kit your receive when you spawn is has protection 10 armor and a sharpness 10 sword. This is not to decrease pvp it's to do something different that many other factions server aren't doing.
