Yes I get that, but most of the forums that I've applied on were not monitored at all. Why make a forum and ask for help if your not going to take any help? Also every forum I've applied on have been in the format they asked for, so that's not the reason.
I am going to start a brand new RPG Server. It is about capturing towns and cities to get more gold. I have been looking around for a while, but can't find a decent plugin for that. Would you like to make that kind of plugins? If you are interested, PM Me.

I'm sorry I should have been more clear with what type of plugins I make. I do not have experience in making mini game type plugins. I'm still learning and have yet to learn those type of plugins.

Okay I'm tired of wasting my time commenting on all these posts that "need" staff and no one gets a reply. This is my application for any SERVER or PERSON that needs staff/help.
Basic Info:

Owner Experience:
I ran a semi popular server called Drug Hazard(It was a Drug server if you can't tell by the name). It ran strong for 3 months (December, 2013 - March, 2014) until our host's Co Owner got ed (probably wasn't getting paid what he was supposed to) and started deleting servers. Drug Hazard was 1 of the 8 that got deleted. I lost everything. I had to start from scratch and rebuild my whole server by myself (All of my staff basically quit on me). After 1 week of it being down and then me getting it back up, I lost most of my players and staff. I was only getting around 5-15 players on throughout the day, as when before it was around 30-45 players throughout the day. After keeping it up for a couple more weeks and trying to attract more players, I saw it was going nowhere and shut it down.
All in all it was a good server. I did everything for the server (Plugin configuration, Setting up the website and the design, Server banners, etc..) I didn't really trust any of my staff with console (Yeah my fault for not choosing staff wisely), so that's why I did everything on my own. But on the plus side I learned a lot of stuff that I didn't know before hand.
Other Experience:
Plugin Configuration - I used a lot of plugins on my server and maybe some I didn't really need, but because of this I have a wide range of knowledge for many different types of plugins.
Coding - I'm currently still learning but I am decent and have made 5 of my own plugins.
Graphic Designer - Can show my projects if you're interested.
Website Designer - I would give the link to my website but I closed it when I shut the server down.
Advertising - Explains itself.
Building - I'm like an 8 out of 10. Can show projects if interested.

I am only one person and need to know clearly what it is you want. I don't like working on multiple servers at once because I then get overwhelmed with what I said I would do for everyone and never end up getting anything done.
If you want me to be part staff on your server, ask. I will not join any servers staff if the "role play" of the server is not something I want to be part of. So if you want me to be staff make sure you explain what type of server it is or link me to your forum.
If you just need help configuring plugins, designing a banner, creating a spawn, etc.. make that clear. I will gladly help if I'm not busy doing something else. Like I said, I don't like working on multiple projects because I then favorite a certain task and never finish the others.
