Newly spawned convicts are restricted to D Block. Your only options for earning some money is chopping down trees and mining in the stone mine. The guards will watch your every move, so be sure you're following all the rules. Once you get $75,000, you'll be able to rank up to C Block.
C-Prisoner - $75,000
Now that you have a little experience, you'll know how to manage your way around. In C Block, you'll have access to 2 new mines and a reed and melon farm. There are more guards around every corner and are ready to punish. Work hard and earn $250,000 to be able to get into B Block.
B-Prisoner - $250,000
Welcome to B Block! You're learning how to work the system. The guards know you know and know who are the troublemakers are. You now can enjoy an animal farm where you can get EXP, private crafting and a nether rack mine. Things are a bit easier, but you still need $750,000 for the next block.
A-Prisoner - $750,000
You will now have access to a nice diamond mine, and a cactus farm. which will help you earn the $150,000 needed to become Underground. Prisoners in A Block have all been around a while, so watch out as you get back to your cells with the goods from the the mines or cactus farm.
Prestige Ranks:
The prestige prison is not your regular prison, oh no. This prison is only for the most hardcore players, the people who want to get free. While ranking up through prestige, the mines get better, but the ranking harder also. The whole prestige prison is PvP ridden, even the mines. If you can't hang with the big boys in prestige, go mine in a PvP disabled mine, Like A-Mine . Criminal - $1,000,000 Fugitive - $5,000,000 Hitman - $10,000,000 Underground - $25,000,000
Free - $50,000,000
You have been released! You're still a criminal, but you've purchased your freedom. You'll be able to do anything you want out in the real world. We know you still have friends in prison, so we'll let you visit Vendex as long as you follow the rules and listen to the guards.

Congrats. Even though you were Free, You wanted to prove how worthy you were, and how much anger you have vented on mining. Well, Every fellow criminal looks up to you. Do not create AFK machines to boost your time.
You man run from a fight ONLY if you forgot about the contraband.
If illegal items are seen, ask the prisoner to give it up in 5 seconds. Jail in safezone. Kill in PvP zone.
Put the first letter of your name as secret word, Or you will be denied.
Use /kits for your list of kits. Do not give out kits, or auto demote.
Jail prisoners for: Spawn Camping, Tree Farm Greifing, and Killing Excessively.

If a prisoner hits you and runs into safezone, you cannot attack them when they leave unless you tagged them before they entered.
If a prisoner attacks another prisoner, kill the one attacking.
In an instance that a rule is not defined, the guard has the ultimate decision and will not be punished based on that decision.

We are accepting transfers from other prison servers. The way to get transferred is first prove you are that rank. Please post a screenshot of you on that other server to show the staff member what rank you are.
On Rival, you will be demoted one rank. So if you're 'A-Prisoner' on another server, you get 'B-Prisoner' on Vendex.
Not all transfer applications will be accepted. Only established prison servers are allowed to be transferring from.

My opinion is that you can go more indepth with the power chapter.
Like add that 1 power = 1 chunk of claim (16x16).
Also, explain how to gain/lose power. Also people don't seem to know about the 'overclaiming' thing. Maybe explain that more indepth
Anyways, good guide for someone starting a faction's server.
Another base type that I used to do is you mine out 4 chunks all the way down to bedrock. You put platforms every 5 blocks up and water and use the dark to let mobs spawn. Then you make a collector at the bottom so you can kill or collect loot
1) Make sure PaidRanks is updated.
2) Make sure you're using the correct Craftbukkit with the version.
3) Make sure there is no Syntax errors with your config file.
Also, paste your config file so I can look. I believe it's just your config file that needs to be editted. Shouldn't be that hard to make a group ladder ranking up system with that plugin. If you still need help, PM me.
