It might be your firewall, but if not, so to "start" and search "network" than click on "network and sharing center". Than go to change adapter settings\right click your wi-fi connection and go to properties\type administrator password\then click Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click properties down at the corner. Click "Use the following IP address and type your new IP in the first bar, leave the second one at 255 255 255 0 , and then type your default gateway. Click okay, then it should work.

To find your default gateway, go to start and search "cmd" and click command prompt center.

Type in the cmd, "ipconfig" and go to ipv4 address. Go 2 lines lower, and that is your default gateway.

I have no idea what they do, but locked chests have always confused me:



I know they were an april fools joke and all, but why dosen't notch just remove them from the game now or just make a brand new use for them? Like you could right-click it and set a combination, and when set, you can open it easily w/ the combination! And when it has a combination set, it'll be breakable by only the combination setter!

Installation:

1.Install Forge API (Installation)

2. Open the start menu and type "run"

3. Start a program called Run (Looks like a Paper Running)

4. Type in it: AppData then click enter

5. Open Roaming\.minecraft\bin

6. Open minecraft.jar w/ any archiving program

7. Drag the contents of this mod into minecraft.jar!

8. GO CRAZY W/ THE AMAZING MULTI TOOL

It says when you download "this type of file can harm your computer", It's okay. I PROMISE.

This was made with the mod maker program "mcreator". I dont think minecraft forums will remove this because it's made by a mod maker, because I read the entire rules page twice! Planetminecraft doesn't allow it, so here I am with good ol' Minecraft Forums =D
